Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Alleanza? It’s this beautifully restored building right on Avenida del Torneo that honestly feels like stumbling onto something locals have been keeping secret. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Seville’s old town – and I’m talking the real deal here, not some touristy approximation. You can actually hear the cathedral bells from your room if you get one facing the right direction.
The thing about this location is that it’s perfectly positioned for someone who wants to experience Seville properly. You’re a five-minute walk from the cathedral and Giralda (though honestly, who’s counting when the streets are this gorgeous), but you’re also close enough to the Guadalquivir that you can take those evening strolls along the river when the heat dies down. The staff actually knows the neighborhood – they’ll send you to this tiny tapas place around the corner on Calle Betis that doesn’t even have a proper sign, just locals who’ve been going there for decades.
What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail that you only notice after you’ve stayed in dozens of hotels across Spain. The rooms have this authentic Andalusian feel without being kitschy about it – think traditional tiles and ironwork, but with air conditioning that actually works (trust me, in July you’ll appreciate this more than any architectural flourish). The beds are genuinely comfortable, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many four-star places get this wrong. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of town – it’s an old city, so the streets weren’t exactly designed for cars – but the hotel staff will point you toward a decent garage nearby, and honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive anywhere anyway.
The breakfast situation is actually pretty solid, with proper jamón ibérico and local cheeses, not the generic continental spread you get at chain hotels. They serve it in this lovely interior courtyard that stays cool even when it starts getting warm outside. I noticed they really understand the rhythm of Seville life here – they’re not rushing you out at 10 AM sharp like some places do, because they get that Spanish mornings move at their own pace.
What really won me over was how the place manages to feel both historic and completely livable. You’re sleeping in a building with real character and centuries of stories, but you’ve also got reliable WiFi and a shower with proper water pressure. The 9.1 rating makes total sense when you experience it – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place in Seville, but it absolutely nails what matters most: location, comfort, and that intangible sense that you’re staying somewhere that actually belongs in this incredible city rather than just dropped into it.

Excellent location, lots of space, comfortable bed, and a very helpful host
What could be improved: The only thing I would have liked was some laundry detergent (there may have been some but I couldn’t find it!)Simeon from United Kingdom – 19 November 2024 (10/10)

Hyman from Canada – 21 October 2024 (9/10)
I loved how spacious it was ! Booked it with a friend more than enough space for two people ! Sofa bed and bed in the bedroom was comfortable ! AC was working and washroom was spacious ! It was easy to get around Seville , no issue in walking towards the city centre !
What could be improved: The only thing that I’d say would be it was near a petrol station.Christian from Italy – 16 October 2024 (10/10)
exceptional apartment, clean, perfect for those looking for accommodation near the center. Easy to get around on foot and reach the various attractions of Seville. Great communication with those who manage the accommodation. Thanks and see you next time

Very large private space, everything in listing is available and it was very clean. Hosts were responsive and helpful. It has two A/C units and the bedroom was comfortable at night. Pets are allowed. Wifi was good.
What could be improved: Because the hosts have other apartments in the area, and you need to get the keys in hand, the flexibility around coming was a bit hard to schedule as we were visiting places along the way to Sevilla and didn't have a time of arrival. We got lucky with the parking, but it could be difficult. There is no elevator. While there are two A/C units, it does not cool down well in the summer in the main living room area, kitchen or bathroom. Location is near the river and there were a lot of homeless people nearby.Stephanie from United States – 2 July 2024 (10/10)
Beautiful interior decor and homey.

Very easy to walk everywhere, super cozy and homey, very welcoming and all the logistics and owners were really helpful
David from Switzerland – 11 August 2023 (9/10)
Overall we were incredible happy with this flat! Very good quality for the price! We love the high ceiling, the many windows for light and air if needed. The decoration is simple but stylish. They have many pillows and pillow cases, blankets, towels, even a tea towel for the kitchen! They have a washing machine and ALSO a laundry rack to hang your washed clothes!
Also, as we love to run in the morning, the river is just across the street where we could run along.
Bruno is a lovely host who loves to have a chat!
What could be improved: Unfortunately the kitchen was very small, but has everything we needed. The sink pipe was also leaking so we had to put a bucket under. Hard to find parking but Bruno managed to find us a good garage to park!
