You know what struck me first about Alohamundi San Martín? It’s tucked away on this tiny street called Divina Enfermera – and I mean tiny, like you’ll walk past it twice before you realize that’s actually where you’re supposed to turn. But honestly, that’s part of its charm. You’re literally in the heart of Seville’s old town, surrounded by those narrow cobblestone streets that make you feel like you’ve stepped back a few centuries, yet somehow this place manages to feel completely modern inside.
The location is actually ridiculous (in the best way). I’m talking about being able to walk to the Cathedral in maybe eight minutes, and you’re practically neighbors with the Alcázar – though fair warning, you’ll hear tour groups chattering in the mornings if you’re a light sleeper. The staff here really knows their stuff too; they pointed me toward this little tapas place around the corner that I never would’ve found on my own, and it ended up being one of those perfect hole-in-the-wall spots where locals actually eat. Check-in was smooth, none of that awkward standing around waiting for someone to appear at the desk. The rooms have this interesting mix of traditional Andalusian touches with contemporary comfort – think exposed brick and modern bathrooms that actually have decent water pressure, which honestly can be hit or miss in these historic buildings. I mean, you’re staying in a neighborhood where some of the buildings are older than entire countries, so the fact that everything works perfectly is pretty impressive.
What really sets this place apart is how it manages to be genuinely peaceful despite being in such a central spot. Once you’re inside, the street noise just sort of… disappears. The courtyard has this lovely fountain that creates just enough ambient sound to make everything feel serene. And here’s something practical – parking is basically impossible in this part of town (the streets weren’t exactly designed for cars), but they actually help you figure out the closest garage situation, which saved me a lot of headache. The neighborhood comes alive at night in this wonderful way where you’ll hear guitar music drifting from restaurants and people strolling around, but it’s not the kind of rowdy tourist chaos you get in some parts of the city. Spring and fall are absolutely perfect here – summer can get pretty intense with the heat, but the thick walls of these old buildings actually keep things cooler than you’d expect. That 9.1 rating makes total sense when you experience it; it’s one of those places where all the little details just work together perfectly.

Spacious apartment with everything in it. Huge spaces splinted in 3 levels. Nice location. The design and the renovation was amazing and clever. The furnitures very well fitted. It didn’t feel as a boloday house to rent.
What could be improved: The double bed was too small. Way too smal for the level of the accommodation. There was space in the room for a bigger one. The 3stairs we had to climb every day. There were not few stairs but a lot. The lift didn’t work so you will have to carry your suitcases up and down. This is a spectacular property–modern, spacious, interesting, well furnished, with full height windows and skylights. Bathrooms are wonderful and laundry room with washer and dryer was really appreciated. The pictures don't do it justice. Modern flat in historic neighborhood, under 15 minutes to see all the major sites of the city. Having a private garage with easy access in this area of this city is also an amazing bonus. Owner communications were prompt and thorough. We loved this flat!

The fact I could get my 5.0m long car in the garage that they said was 4.5m long.
What could be improved: Although we loved thua property; Access to the kitchen terrace and one of the roof terraces was not possible. The largest roof terrace was accessible. There was a lift but it doesn't work. The accomodation is spread over 4 floors.
