Okay, so the name of this place is a mouthful – “Amplísimo y coqueto apartamento de lujo y diseño en pleno Centro” – but honestly, it pretty much delivers on that promise. I mean, it really is spacious and stylish, and you’re literally steps from Plaza Pedro Zerolo in the heart of Seville’s old town. You know what struck me first? The apartment actually feels like someone’s gorgeous home rather than a sterile hotel room, which is refreshing when you’ve stayed in too many cookie-cutter places.

The location is honestly fantastic if you want to be in the thick of things. You’re walking distance from the Cathedral (I could hear the bells in the morning, which was lovely rather than annoying), and the Santa Cruz neighborhood is right there for wandering those narrow, winding streets. What I really appreciated was being close enough to duck back during siesta hours – because trust me, you’ll want to escape the afternoon heat. The plaza itself gets busy with locals in the evenings, so there’s this nice energy without feeling touristy. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare in this area, just heads up, but that’s true anywhere in Seville’s center.

The apartment itself has this modern design aesthetic that somehow works perfectly with the old building – I’m usually skeptical of that combo, but they pulled it off. The space genuinely is “amplísimo” as advertised; I’ve stayed in plenty of European apartments where you’re bumping into furniture, but here you can actually spread out. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to grab ingredients from the Mercado de la Encarnación (about a ten-minute walk), though honestly with all the incredible tapas bars around, I barely used it. The 8.5 rating makes sense – it’s not quite perfect (the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty in the bedroom, and the shower pressure could be stronger), but the overall experience is solid. What really won me over was the attention to detail – good linens, proper blackout curtains, and they actually had decent coffee, which you’d be surprised how often that’s overlooked. If you’re planning to visit during Semana Santa or the April Fair, book way ahead because places like this in the center get snatched up fast.

  Very cozy apartment. There is everything you need. It was quiet and calm, that you didn't want to go out. And most importantly, it was very clean. The staff was always in touch. We will be happy to return to this apartment again.

  Spotlessly clean, great location, short walk to the center and just round the corner from Ricardo's (best croquettas in Seville)

  Excellent location, Apartment was excellent, brightly decorated with all the required facilities needed for our stay.
  Staff organised a taxi for the Airport pick when our original booked taxi did not show up.
  Staff were also in contact advising they were at our disposal if we should require them or need any help during our stay in Seville.

  Great location with bars and restaurants right outside the door but still on the quiet side of the building, clean, very kind host, well equipped, modern, comfortable

  the property is central to the best restaurants and a minutes walk away from the beautiful historical sights that tell the story of Seville.
