You know what hit me first about Apart Luminoso? The light – and I mean, they really nailed the name on this one. Walking into this sixth-floor apartment on Calle Arjona, the afternoon sun was just streaming through these tall windows, and honestly, it felt like someone had designed the whole place around capturing that perfect Seville glow. The building itself is classic Old Town – you’ll be climbing some proper Spanish stairs to get up there (no elevator, just so you know), but once you’re up, the views over the narrow streets below are pretty special.

The setup is actually really thoughtful for families or groups. Three bedrooms that don’t feel cramped, two full bathrooms (thank god, because we all know how bathroom queues can ruin a vacation), and this living area that somehow manages to feel both modern and authentically Sevillian. The kitchen’s well-stocked too – I mean, you’re not going to be doing any serious cooking when you’re ten minutes from the Cathedral, but it’s nice to grab some jamón from the market and make a proper breakfast. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, despite being right in the thick of things. Sure, you’ll hear the occasional late-night reveler echoing off the narrow streets, but it’s part of the charm rather than a nuisance.

Location-wise, this is where the place really shines. You’re literally in the heart of it all – I could walk to the Alcázar in about eight minutes, hit up the tapas bars on Calle Mateos Gago without breaking a sweat, and still duck back for an afternoon siesta when the heat got too much (which it will, especially in summer). The building’s on a pretty typical Old Town street, so don’t expect to park right outside – we ended up using the public parking near Plaza del Duque, which is maybe a five-minute walk. But honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t need a car anyway. Everything’s walkable, and the few times we wanted to venture further out, taxis were easy enough to flag down. The owner was straightforward with check-in instructions too – none of that runaround you sometimes get with apartment rentals. At 8.7 rating, it’s sitting right where it should be: really solid, genuinely comfortable, with that little extra something that makes you want to recommend it to people. It’s not trying to be fancy, just trying to be the kind of place where you can actually relax and live like a local for a few days.

  Location! It is a short walk from the centre of Seville and the bus station.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing. It is in a residential building, the apartment feels authentic, not modern but we loved it.

  Great location, has everything you need for your stay (minus food of course), salt, oil, coffee etc in the cupboard. Washing machine worked well, we were able to check in half an hour early and staff communicated very well before and during our stay.
  Comfortable beds and clean apartment.
  We only wish we had booked this apartment for the first part of our trip when we were in Seville the week before instead of just the last night as we passed through.

  Loved the location close to Triana and bus station and short walk to the catedral and old town. Apartment spacious with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I felt at home. Was good to have some spanish language skills to communicate with host over phone and through text at check-in.

  The apartment is in a luxurious complex, well located, near the bus station and the bridge that leads to the tourist area of the Triana neighborhood, 15 minutes from the center. The great advantage of the location is the proximity to public transport (bus C4-centru, San Sebastian bus station, Piata Spaniei, etc.), but also the bus to the airport.
  In the area (200 meters) there is 1 large supermarket, well stocked, even with fresh cooked products, warm bread, pastries. There is also a smaller supermarket, but well stocked with basic products as well. Inside an old market there is a "Food court", unfortunately overrated in terms of prices and a bit poor in products.The apartment has very beautiful paintings!The terrace of the apartment is generous, we enjoyed spending time there.

It is beautifully decorated, but unfortunately the rest of the furniture seems to have been collected from the "Salvation Army", all things are old, worn and not exactly clean! Moreover, the cleanliness in the apartment was not "shining" either!
  The apartment appears to be able to host 6 people (it has 3 bedrooms), but there are only 4 chairs at the dining table, as for the beautiful balcony, completely unfurnished, it has … 2 chairs and … that's about it!
  The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one with an acceptable double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 separate beds, 2 "cages" of no more than 6 square meters each, one of them without any storage space. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, unfortunately when you come tired after a day of visiting such a beautiful city-Seville- you have different expectations….
  There are 2 bathrooms, both with showers, one really ok, the second has an undersized shower cabin, I think a special order for children, a heavy adult can use it! The kitchen is very small, but equipped enough for a breakfast and an evening snack; all you have to do is not to forget the open window (to an inner courtyard), when you come home you will know everything the neighbors have cooked and I think they cook excellently, judging by the smells appetizers that flooded the apartment in our absence.
  If the host would put a table with a few chairs on the balcony, change the mattresses of the single beds, the blanket on the sofa, refresh the mismatched towel sets and insist a little on cleanliness, it would be a really nice and good
