Hotel Description
You know what really surprised me about this place? I walked right past it twice before finding the entrance – it’s tucked into this narrow building on Calle Alfalfa that honestly looks pretty unremarkable from the street. But once you’re inside apartment 002, it’s like stepping into someone’s thoughtfully designed city pied-à-terre, not your typical tourist rental.
The location is actually kind of perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without staying in one of those massive hotel complexes. I mean, you’re literally surrounded by some of Seville’s best tapas bars – I could hear the evening chatter from Bar Alfalfa downstairs, which sounds annoying but was actually pretty charming once I got used to it. The apartment itself feels more spacious than you’d expect for central Seville, with enough room for four people without everyone bumping into each other constantly. The kitchen is small but functional (I made coffee every morning and simple breakfasts), and honestly, the air conditioning was a lifesaver during my July visit – something you can’t take for granted in these old buildings.
What I really appreciated was how the owner seemed to understand what travelers actually need. There were proper blackout curtains (crucial when those church bells start at dawn), decent water pressure in the shower, and reliable wifi that didn’t cut out every ten minutes. The building itself is quiet enough – well, as quiet as you can expect when you’re basically living above the neighborhood social hub. Parking is impossible right there, obviously, but I found a spot about a five-minute walk away near Plaza del Salvador, and walking through those narrow streets with my luggage wasn’t too brutal. The whole Alfalfa area comes alive around 9 PM when locals start their evening rounds, so if you’re planning to sleep early every night, maybe look elsewhere. But if you want to experience how Sevillanos actually live and socialize – grabbing small plates, moving from bar to bar, chatting with strangers – you’re literally in the epicenter of it all. I ended up extending my stay by two nights because I got so comfortable there, and the 8.9 rating makes total sense once you realize this isn’t trying to be a fancy hotel experience. It’s more like borrowing a friend’s apartment, if your friend happened to have great taste and lived in one of the most atmospheric neighborhoods in southern Spain.

Spacious, well-equipped place right in the heart of Sevilla within walking distance to all tourist attractions.

The apartment has a great location. It's next to Plaza Alfalfa and there are many restaurants close by, as well as a supermarket. It's also very cosy with two small balconies, a kitchen, two bedrooms. It's the perfect place to start your explorations of Sevilla. The communication was pleasant and effective.
What could be improved: Really the only negative aspect was the noise from the street that you heard in the bedroom. But this is, of course, due to the location being in the midst of it all, so it just comes with the location.Anthony from United Kingdom – 27 September 2023 (8/10)

Very good location and a beautiful flat. It was also good price compared to other alternatives. Easy to access and very convenient. Clean and everything is looking new. Would love to stay again.
What could be improved: Would be nice to have quilt case instead of a sheet. A second sheet was used as quilt case. But overall everything was really nice.Oldvind from Denmark – 5 November 2022 (9/10)
What a great place, nice apartment, clean and cosy, easy to walk around the whole city from there, lots of restaurants etc near by. Very helpful landlord, he answered very quickly and came by with more coffee.
What could be improved: No washing machine or dishwasher, I think it was in the description, but there wasn't any. The breakfast was two small muffins and two cups of coffee for 4 people. The landlord came with more when we asked him what about breakfast, he was very helpful, but still not what we expected for breakfast.Petra from Germany – 31 March 2025 (9/10)

What could be improved: L’appartement est situé sur une rue passante et n’ayant pas de double vitrage, les bruits de la rue peuvent être un peu gênantEmmanuelle from France – 1 March 2025 (9/10)
