You know what struck me first about this place? It’s genuinely brand new – and I mean that in the best way possible. Walking into Apartamento Boutique feels like you’re the first person to ever stay there, which honestly is pretty rare in Seville where most places have that charming-but-worn vibe. The building sits right on Avenida José Laguillo, and if you’re not familiar with the Santa Justa area, it’s actually perfect positioning. You’re close enough to the main train station that you can walk there with luggage (maybe 8-10 minutes), but far enough that you don’t hear the rumble of trains or deal with that constant tourist shuffle.

The apartment itself – well, it’s one of those places where someone clearly thought about how people actually live, not just how hotels think people should live. The kitchen isn’t just for show (I mean, you can actually cook a proper meal), and there’s real counter space, which matters more than you’d think after a day wandering around the markets. The bedroom feels spacious without being cavernous, and honestly, the bed is fantastic – firm but not like sleeping on concrete. What really got me was the attention to details that most places skip: the shower has proper water pressure, the WiFi actually works in every corner, and there are enough outlets that you’re not playing musical chairs with your devices. The whole place has this clean, minimalist thing going on, but it doesn’t feel cold or sterile like some boutique spots can.

Location-wise, this is where local knowledge really pays off. Santa Justa isn’t the flashy historic center that everyone writes about, but that’s actually why it works so well. You’ve got real neighborhood life happening around you – there’s a fantastic little café about two blocks down that does proper cortados, and the local market is walking distance if you want to grab fresh ingredients. When you do want to hit the tourist spots, the cathedral and Alcázar are maybe a 15-minute walk, or you can catch the tram that runs pretty regularly. Parking can be tricky in this part of town (like most of Seville, really), but there are a couple of paid lots within a few blocks if you’re driving. The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s not trying to be everything to everyone, but what it does, it does really well. Perfect for couples or solo travelers who want something that feels more like a temporary home than a hotel room, especially if you’re planning to stay more than just a night or two.

  We had a bumpy start, but Carlos was very quick to respond and find the solution. The apartment is very cozy, equipped with everything you need for a short and long stay. It’s not in the city center (but within a walking distance), so it is not noisy in the evenings and at nights. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommended it to you.

  I had a fantastic stay at this lovely apartment! It was spotless, with tasteful furniture and well-equipped amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the railway station and the charming old town.
  
  Carlos, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive. He responded to messages promptly and even went the extra mile by sending us helpful tips on what to do in Seville. I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

  The location is excellent. It located in an queit and safe community. There is supermaket near the apartment. It's very convient to the main points of interest.
  
  The landlord is full of hospitality. They resolve any issued very quickly.
  
  What could be improved: If there is tumble drying machine as well as English instruction of washing machine, that will be perfect.

  The apartment was spotless, very comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for our time in Seville. Check in was very easy with a key box and code as we arrived around 1 am. Very near public transport links. We bought a 3 day tourist card for use on buses, trams and metro – great value and very convenient.

  We had everything we could ask for. The entry process was made really simple and the apartment was spotless and really comfortable with a huge TV and brilliant shower. The location was also ideal being only a few minutes walk from both Seville city centre and the train station. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it.
  
  What could be improved: Our only issue during our visit to Seville was the intense heat outdoors, which was made bearable indoors due to the very good A/C system.

  The apt was well equipped. Though it was very hard for us to locate it.
  Once we found it , we found it easy to get Uber to go anywhere.the location was good.
  
  What could be improved: It was very hard for us to locate it. The taxi just dropped us off at a junction & pointed one way. It was raining hard. Nowhere was the name Apartmento Boutique a estrenar written.
  I also found it difficult to figure out how to use the stove etc as there was no instructions in English.
  But Carlos was kind enough to come the next day to show us how to use it.
  I suppose it’s ok for people from Spain or nearby countries as they are used to the same type of appliances. But for others like us, it’d be nice to have written instructions in English.
  The bedroom AC remote wasn’t working. Carlos fixed it the next day.

  Apartma je imel vse potrebno za udobno bivanje. V kopalnici rezervne brisače, milo, balzam, pralni in pomivalni stroj, velika TV in udobne postelje. Ker sva prišla malo prej sva lahko pustila prtljago.

  Proche du centre, sans l'être trop, parking payant juste en-dessous (avec charge EV), petite place pour faire un peu jouer les enfants devant, intérieur soigné et propre. Lave-vaisselle, machine à laver etc… Très bien.
  
  What could be improved: Le réglage de l'eau chaude de la douche se fait au millimètre ( (bcp) trop chaud << >> trop froid). Attention avec les enfants.
