Hotel Description
So I stumbled across this apartment on Calle Pavía – honestly, you might walk right past the entrance if you’re not paying attention because it’s tucked into one of those classic Sevillian buildings that just blends into the old town streetscape. But here’s the thing: that’s exactly what makes it perfect. You’re literally in the heart of everything, and I mean everything. The Cathedral’s bells will probably wake you up around 8am (fair warning), but you’re also a two-minute stumble from some of the best tapas bars that locals actually go to, not just the tourist traps.
The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room – there’s proper counter space in the kitchen, decent water pressure in the shower, and honestly, the air conditioning works better than half the hotels I’ve stayed at in Andalusia. The owner clearly gets that people want to live a bit while they’re there, you know? I appreciated having real glasses instead of those plastic things, and the WiFi actually reaches the bedroom (small victories). The building’s old – I mean, we’re talking centuries here – so yeah, you’ll hear your upstairs neighbors sometimes, and the elevator is… well, let’s call it charming. But that’s Seville for you, and honestly, it adds to the whole experience.
What really sold me on the location though – and this is something you won’t realize until you’re wandering around at night – is that you’re close enough to the action around Calle Sierpes and the main shopping area, but far enough from the really rowdy spots that you can actually sleep. Plus, there’s this tiny grocery store about fifty meters away that stays open surprisingly late, which saved me when I realized I needed coffee and breakfast stuff. The Arenal district gets absolutely packed during Easter week and the April Fair, so if you’re coming then, just mentally prepare for crowds everywhere. But in the quieter months? You’ve got this gorgeous maze of streets practically to yourself in the early mornings, and there’s something magical about having coffee on the little plaza nearby before the tour groups descend. It’s one of those places where you start to feel like a temporary local rather than just another tourist passing through, which is exactly what you want in Seville.

Great apartment for a family of 3. Fantastic location, 5 mins from the cathedral, 2 mins to the river front. Air con worked great. The kitchen was stocked with milk, bread, juice and muffins.
What could be improved: The shower, if not set up correctly, leaks all over the floor. Our 13 yo flooded the bathroom on the first night but we changed the pressure and it was fine after that.Rocio from United Kingdom – 29 November 2022 (9/10)
Perfect location, so close to all amenities. Clean and lovely apartment

Check-In and Check-Out went smooth, great central location near many restaurants, sights and small shops. An Issue with the warm water was fixed after notifying the landlord.
What could be improved: Unfortunately the bed's were not very comfortable and the sound isolation was pretty bad, which was unfortunate, since because of the central location of the street there was usually some noise outside.
Generally i would recommend the place, but might not be the best option for people who have sensitive sleep or desire more privacyMilan from Serbia – 8 April 2025 (9/10)
Everything was perfect and most of all the host was very polite and kind. Juan left us full kitchen with all domestic appliences and food and sweets. Excelent location and very clean

The location was within walking distance to everywhere. The house was very clean and everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. All the kitchen supplies were there. Also, the host left fresh food for us to snack on.

Great host, great apartment and fantastic location. The host is amazing having snacks and drinks stocked up before check in. The apartment was super clean and tidy, kitchen well stocked with equipment and toilet is clean.
What could be improved: The shower water valve did fell off but the host came with tools and fixed it super quickly.Andrew from Australia – 27 May 2024 (9/10)
The location was perfect and within walking distance of the main sites. A small breakfast was included at no extra fee and the fridge was fully stocked with juice, butter and water.

What could be improved: Loved everythingDespina from Croatia – 11 November 2024 (4/10)
Location
What could be improved: Single room wasn't prepared, I had to share same room with my coleague. I made reservation of an apartmant not one room so whole apartmant and every room has to be ready for using that's why I reserved it in the first place, because of separate rooms… Bathroom had bad smell, and bugs are coming out of the shower at night. Not so clean. Only location is good.Andrew from United Kingdom – 18 March 2023 (6/10)
A very basic apartment, fairly good sized living room,it was basically just to get our heads down after the football .Great location tho.
What could be improved: Beds were not comfortable and the shower, even tho hot was not the best set up,could do with modernisation, but for the price it suppose it would do.
