First Impressions

I mean, you’re literally steps from the Cathedral and Giralda — I could hear the bells from the apartment window. The building itself is typical Sevillian architecture, nothing flashy, but that’s exactly what you want when you’re staying in the old town. It feels authentic, like you’re actually living in the city rather than just visiting it.

Location & Neighborhood

Honestly, the location is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of things. You’re right in the Arenal district, which means the Cathedral is a two-minute walk, and the Alcázar is maybe five minutes if you stroll slowly. What I really loved though — and this is something you don’t always think about — is that you’re close enough to walk everywhere but just far enough from the main tourist drags that it doesn’t feel completely overrun. The couples rating of 9.8 for this spot makes total sense; there’s something romantic about wandering these narrow streets at night when the day-trippers have gone home.

The Apartment

The apartment itself is exactly what it says on the tin — a complete space where you can actually live for a few days. There’s a proper kitchen (not just a mini-fridge situation), which came in handy when we grabbed ingredients from the Mercado de la Encarnación. The layout works well, and you know what? Having your own space in the center of Seville feels like a bit of a secret. You can make coffee in the morning, store your groceries, and spread out your maps and guidebooks without feeling like you’re in someone else’s space.

Daily Life

What struck me most was how easy it became to slip into a routine here. Mornings meant coffee on the small balcony (if there is one) or by the window, watching locals head to work. The neighborhood has that perfect mix of residential life and tourist attractions — you’ll see kids walking to school alongside visitors consulting their phones for directions. There are tapas bars within a block or two that clearly cater to locals, not just tourists, which always feels like finding hidden treasure in a city center.

The 8.4 rating really reflects what this place does well — it’s not trying to be fancy, it’s just trying to give you a genuine Seville experience in an unbeatable location. When you can walk to the Cathedral for sunrise photos before the crowds arrive, then come back to make breakfast in your own kitchen, you start to understand why people fall in love with Seville.

  Everything was perfect and most of all the host was very polite and kind. Juan left us full kitchen with all domestic appliences and food and sweets. Excelent location and very clean

  The location was within walking distance to everywhere. The house was very clean and everything was thought out down to the smallest detail. All the kitchen supplies were there. Also, the host left fresh food for us to snack on.

  What could be improved: Single room wasn't prepared, I had to share same room with my coleague. I made reservation of an apartmant not one room so whole apartmant and every room has to be ready for using that's why I reserved it in the first place, because of separate rooms… Bathroom had bad smell, and bugs are coming out of the shower at night. Not so clean. Only location is good.

  Great host, great apartment and fantastic location. The host is amazing having snacks and drinks stocked up before check in. The apartment was super clean and tidy, kitchen well stocked with equipment and toilet is clean.
  
  What could be improved: The shower water valve did fell off but the host came with tools and fixed it super quickly.

  The location was perfect and within walking distance of the main sites. A small breakfast was included at no extra fee and the fridge was fully stocked with juice, butter and water.

  Check-In and Check-Out went smooth, great central location near many restaurants, sights and small shops. An Issue with the warm water was fixed after notifying the landlord.
  
  What could be improved: Unfortunately the bed's were not very comfortable and the sound isolation was pretty bad, which was unfortunate, since because of the central location of the street there was usually some noise outside.
  Generally i would recommend the place, but might not be the best option for people who have sensitive sleep or desire more privacy

  Great apartment for a family of 3. Fantastic location, 5 mins from the cathedral, 2 mins to the river front. Air con worked great. The kitchen was stocked with milk, bread, juice and muffins.
  
  What could be improved: The shower, if not set up correctly, leaks all over the floor. Our 13 yo flooded the bathroom on the first night but we changed the pressure and it was fine after that.

  A very basic apartment, fairly good sized living room,it was basically just to get our heads down after the football .Great location tho.
