So I stumbled across this apartment on Calle Imagen during my second trip to Seville, and honestly, I’m kicking myself for not finding it sooner. The street itself is this narrow little cobblestone thing that you’d walk right past if you didn’t know better – which is actually perfect because it means you’re not dealing with tourist crowds dragging their suitcases past your window at 7 AM.
The apartment itself feels like someone’s stylish Spanish aunt decided to rent out her place, if that makes sense. Everything’s been updated (thank god, because some of these old town places still have questionable plumbing), but they kept all the character stuff – the original tile work, these gorgeous high ceilings that actually keep the place cool even in July. The deluxe part isn’t just marketing speak either; there’s proper space to spread out, which you don’t always get in the old quarter. I mean, you’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral – I timed it because I’m that person – but you’ve got room to actually unpack your stuff and live a little.
What really sold me on the place was how quiet it gets at night, which honestly surprised me given how central you are. You can hear the city humming if you listen for it, but it’s more like white noise than the chaos you’d expect. The morning light comes in just right too, hitting those old walls in a way that makes you want to drink your coffee slowly instead of rushing out to tick off sightseeing boxes. And speaking of coffee – there’s this tiny local café about thirty seconds away where the owner remembers your order after two visits. You won’t find it on Instagram, which is exactly why it’s perfect. The whole area’s like that actually; you’re close enough to duck into the Alcázar whenever the mood strikes, but far enough from the main drags that you feel like you’ve got your own little corner of Seville figured out. Just so you know, parking’s basically impossible around here, but honestly, once you’re settled in, you won’t want to drive anywhere anyway.

A wonderful location on the 3rd floor. The small deck was great for feeling the pulse of Seville which seems very family oriented. A beautiful cathedral across the street. Restaurants and shops all around. Comfortable layout and all necessary amenities. We would rent again if we visit Seville in the future.
What could be improved: Random infestation of Mosquitos was happening. Interesting how just one can disturb a nights sleep!

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this apartment in Seville! The location couldn’t have been better, right near all the main attractions, and the apartment itself was spotless, super spacious, and had all the facilities we needed. It was just fantastic!
The host was amazing—super polite and quick to respond to any questions we had. One small thing was the air conditioning—it would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on where it was located so we didn’t have to ask. But when I messaged the host, she replied straight away and pointed us in the right direction.
But honestly, those are just tiny details! Overall, it was an incredible stay, and we had such a great time. The apartment really ticked all the boxes, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. The location was great. It’s an eclectic apartment with everything you need. Close to all sites. Parking just meters away. Makes you feel like a local with cafes and restaurants all around. Very comfortable would definitely stay there again

– Very spacious and airy apartment
– Fantastic location, within walking distance of most sights, bus station, railway station, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops
– Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher (and tablets), coffee machine, microwave, stove, and oven. To be picky, we would have liked to have had a filter coffee / cafetière, but no big deal
– Good washing machine / dryer (with washing liquid)
– Great views. We spent hours watching the traffic, pedestrians, and church opposite (lit up at night, but main lights go off around 11:30pm
– Comfortable beds
– Great showers – very powerful, but need to watch hot water use if 4 guests are taking showers one after another
– Good soundproofing – although on a busy street, no issue with external noise
– With the shutter down, the main bedroom was pitch black – made for a good night's sleep
What could be improved: – Building work was ongoing while we were there. On 3 mornings, we had to leave the apartment earlier than planned due to hammer drilling next door.
– There is some noise from the flat above, and next door – who seemed to have a washing machine on late in the evening. This didn't bother us much, but might annoy some people

The apartment is massive and has a pleasant view of the old church across the road. The location is close but not too close to all of the main attractions, with many excellent restaurants and cafes nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location very spacious and beds comfortable, the terrace was a bit smaller than I expected but room for a table and two chairs and in the shade in the afternoon and evening which was ideal in the heat. Lovely view of the Church opposite and very close to shops, bars attractions etc. Walking distance to Giralda and Cathedral, right by Las Setas and walking to La Macarena and the numerous churches in that area. Bedrooms are at the back so very cool and quiet. Taxi rank just a few steps away if needed.
What could be improved: Nothing much, I don't think I was told the floor number and apartment number but a quick phone call sorted that out! The shower was so powerful it bounced the shower head out of the holder but plenty of hot water and still a great shower…
