Hotel Description
You know what? When I first saw “Apartamento en el centro para 4 personas” listed, I honestly wasn’t expecting much – the name’s pretty straightforward, almost generic. But this little place on Calle Feijóo completely surprised me, and I mean that in the best way possible.
The location is actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in Seville rather than just visiting it. Calle Feijóo sits right in the thick of the old town, and you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Cathedral – I timed it because I’m weird like that. What I love about this street though is that it’s not overrun with tourist shops and flamenco shows every ten feet. You’ll hear actual neighbors chatting from their windows in the evening, smell someone’s grandmother cooking jamón from the apartment upstairs, and there’s this tiny bar around the corner where locals grab their morning coffee for like €1.20. The building itself has that worn-in charm you get in these old Sevillian neighborhoods – thick walls that actually keep things cool during those brutal summer afternoons, and tile floors that feel amazing on bare feet.
The apartment sleeps four comfortably, and honestly, the setup works really well for friends or families who don’t want to be on top of each other constantly. The living area gets great light in the mornings (though you’ll want to close those shutters by noon unless you enjoy feeling like you’re in an oven), and the kitchen has everything you actually need – not just the bare minimum that some rentals try to get away with. I particularly appreciated having a decent-sized fridge because, let’s be real, you’re going to want to stock up on gazpacho and cheap Spanish wine from the Mercadona down the street. The 8.4 rating makes total sense to me – it’s not luxury, but it’s genuinely comfortable and well-maintained. The check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend coordinating arrival times since there’s no 24-hour desk situation happening here.
Here’s the thing about staying in this part of Seville – you’re going to hear the city waking up and going to sleep, and I actually found that pretty magical. Church bells in the morning, people heading to work, then the late-night crowd wandering back from the bars around Plaza de Armas. If you’re someone who needs absolute silence to sleep, pack earplugs. But if you want to feel connected to the rhythm of an actual Spanish city rather than tucked away in some sterile hotel bubble, this spot delivers. Plus, being walking distance to basically everything means you can skip the tourist bus nonsense entirely – the Alcázar, the Giralda, even the riverside path along the Guadalquivir are all right there. Just don’t expect air conditioning that can compete with August in Andalusia, because honestly, nothing really can.

The location was excellent, very close to the historic part of the city and walkable distance from the cathedral. The place was very good for 4 people, very clean and easy to access. The host were also extremely friendly and helpful.
What could be improved: The Internet was very slow and it didn't work at all at times. We run out of toilet paper.Iria from United Kingdom – 26 October 2024 (9/10)
Amazing and very attentive host. Very good location and it has got everything you need to self cater for yourself and family if you wish to do so, if not the location is sooo good that you are within few meters of very good and varied restaurants and eateries.
Gemma from United Arab Emirates – 24 May 2024 (8/10)
Great location – near the centre, about 10-15 mins walk from cathedral area, near lots of cafes etc. but just off the main street, meaning it is quieter. Great value compared to hotels. Hosts very friendly, responsive and helpful. Nice size apartment, comfortable and adequately stocked, although we didn't actually cook anything during our stay.
What could be improved: One of the bedrooms walls was on the side of the hall way and front main door entrance, so whenever people enter or leave, there was a big bang as the door slammed closed. It only affected the second bedroom.Anggi from Netherlands – 29 December 2023 (8/10)
The location, the facilities, and the amenities
What could be improved: It was cold in one roomWp from Thailand – 29 December 2022 (8/10)
Big apartment with good price. It is well equipped. Easy check in/out
What could be improved: It was extremely noise at night. As the apartment is on the ground floor, you can hear people talk on the street or sing after midnight.Nicola from United Kingdom – 17 November 2022 (9/10)
Great value for money. Good location and ideal for a family. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby and very close to the mushrooms.
Nice from France – 27 March 2025 (8/10)
Host was very responsive and quickly answered messages
What could be improved: Single paned windiws, there is a noisy nearby bar, El Tremendo and drunk people are walking right along Calle Feijoo just outside the bedroom windows laughing and speaking loudly until early in the morning. Double Glazed windows would greatly improve the nouse problem. There is no list of information insude such as names, addresses of nearby grocery stores, restaurants or cafes as in other Air BnB places.Denisa from Romania – 4 July 2024 (8/10)
Nice apartment, near to the center
What could be improved: New appliances could be added (new washing machine, the one is very old). Bathroom and kitchen can be modernizedJorgebaptista from Portugal – 4 December 2023 (9/10)
Everything was like in the pictures. It was perfect for its price. Theres even a heater and a ceiling fan. The internet works flawlessly and there is a TV. Kitchen is well equipped.
What could be improved: It was hard to sleep. It being in the ground floor and the windows are not well insulated at all against the sound. I woke up multiple times throughout the night due to people walking and talking on the street near the window. You can hear the noise of the nearby bar that is open late at night.Aiste from United Kingdom – 15 June 2023 (7/10)
It is good place for short stay. Easy to walk everywhere. Beds are quite comfortable. And we didn't need anything else just place to sleep and easy walkable access to centre. We stayed one night so it was alright. If you stay longer you maybe need bit more as for family stay but short stay is good. Easy to check in and check out.
