  Location is 15-20min walk to the city centre however it is close to "center" of Triana neighborhood with a lot of places to eat, see the flamenco show… The apartment is very well equipped, it has all necessary things even for a longer stay. It is very safe even though it is ground floor it has a gated small garden. The host is amazing, really responsive and very easy procedure to get the keys. She even sent a lot of recommendations of what to visit nearby, where to eat…
  
  If i am ever back in Seville i would definitely stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: The only downside is the smell of mold from the bathroom but it is not too serious as you can open the windows and the smell is gone. When i stayed there the weather was changing with a lot of rainy parts of the day so maybe it was because of that.

  Location is perfect, just 5 mins walk from the metro. The room is clean and the facilities are good.

  The host was excellent. Very attentive. Kitchen was well equipped. Some basic provisions provided which was nice. Some really nice touches in the apartment.
  
  What could be improved: We knew it was in Triana but we felt it was just a bit too far for us but this is just a minor point. There was a musty smell in the apartment – we tried opening the windows, running the fan in the bathroom but the odour lingered.

  Very nice studio with a well equipped kitchen and a large bathroom.
  In order to check in, you get the keys from a lock box.
  The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area, at around 15 minutes walking distance from the historical city center.

  Great owner communication (Whatsapp though). The location is good, not in the city center but close to the market (go to the pastry shop at the entrance there!!!) and you can actually reach the center by feet if you use to walk regularly (no need to buy metro tickets). I found the bed and pillows amazingly comfy. Even some oil, salt, pepper, and other nice attentions!

  The apartment is in Triana, famous part of Seville. It is very well equiped, with everyrhing one needs (TV, washing machine, hairdryer, coffee machine….). It's sparkling clean, and the host is very nice and helpful. She thought of everyrhing: water, coffee, juice, cookes for welcoming, and she gave us some hints what to visit, where to eat…. We will certainly come again!

  A very well arranged place, beautifully equipped. A really comfortable stay. The host, Maria, is very friendly and helpful. Apart from good accommodation, she provides you with lots of information about the area, Triana. Well situated, a ten minute walk to the main square of Triana. Several small supermarkets close by. Safe to walk at night, as the streets are animated with a number of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

  Host was very nice, responsive and caring. Beautiful bathroom with various water jet locations. Kitchen is well stocked with basic supplies, spices, oil, rice, pasta.
  
  What could be improved: Location is inconvenient. Except for Triana river walk, it takes minimum 30 minutes walk to major attractions and old town. Metro is pretty useless since it is not frequent and very crowded. we were there during Holy Week and it was impossible to walk or to take taxis to historic center since the roads were blocked or very crowded after 2 pm.
  We booked this apartment based on the very good reviews even though it was more expensive than another apartment near Plaza de Espana. What a big mistake. Apartment lacked modern comfort, no dishwasher, no oven, no coffee machine (there is Nepresso but no pod). Worse part was that kitchen has a strong moldy smell probably caused by the washing machine. There was essential oils in the room but it didn’t get rid of the moldy smell.
