Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to Avión Cuatro Vientos – the street name alone had me scratching my head (it means “Four Winds Plane” for those wondering). But this little apartment gem turned out to be one of those finds that makes you feel like you’ve cracked some local code. It’s tucked away in the Sur district, which I mean, isn’t the flashiest part of Seville, but that’s exactly why it works.
The thing about this place is that it gets the balance right between being close enough to matter but far enough to breathe. You’re actually within walking distance of the centro histórico – about 15 minutes if you’re moving at a decent clip, maybe 20 if you stop to grab coffee along the way. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel that tourist areas lose; you’ll hear actual Spanish conversations from the windows, smell someone’s grandmother cooking lunch around 2 PM, and there’s a decent little mercado just a couple blocks over where locals do their shopping. The apartment sits on the first floor (which is really the second floor if you’re American – always throws me off), and I appreciated that there wasn’t a ton of street noise despite being on a fairly active street.
What really sold me on the place was the garden aspect they mention in the name – it’s not some grand courtyard situation, but there’s this sweet little green space that makes everything feel less urban and cramped. The 9.1 rating makes sense once you’re inside; everything’s clean and thoughtfully set up, like someone actually lives here instead of just trying to maximize bookings. The kitchen has proper Spanish olive oil (not the tourist stuff), the shower has decent water pressure, and – this might sound weird but it matters – the Wi-Fi actually works in every corner of the place. I spent a rainy afternoon working from the little table by the window and it was honestly perfect. Check-in was straightforward too, none of that running around the city to meet someone with keys nonsense. The only small thing I’d mention is that if you’re planning to drive, parking can be a bit of a dance in this area, but there are usually spots if you’re patient. During Semana Santa or Feria, well, all bets are off citywide anyway. For the price point and location, you’re getting a proper Seville experience without the centro histórico markup or the feeling like you’re staying in a hotel bubble.

Very nice flat with comfotable terrace. Not directly in the city center, but few minutes from tram station or cca 15-20 minutes nice walk to Puerta Jerez. Shops and bars, cafés or restaurants nearby. Flathouse is in clean and safe locality. Aeropuertoexpress bus station nearby (5 mins).

Communication with Enrique was exceptional. He gave lots of advice on getting about, and what to do.
The location was excellent. Buses and trams are availnearby nearby to get into the city centre, but we opted to do the 25 minute walk.

The flat is very nice and spacious. It's well equiped. The bed is comfortable, there are big wardrobes and a very nice and clean kitchen. We enjoyed a big balcony with a sofa, a coffee table and lots of plants. The car park is in front of the house. The owner is very kind and helpful.

Spacious. Comfortable. Great terrace. Easy to get to city on tram and many local restaurants and grocery stores close by. Secured parking on site. Owners son met us there and gave us lots of information. Super helpful and nice.

Everything about our unit and stay were perfect! The eldest son gave us a very thorough tour of the apartment. His friendliness was wonderful!!

The photos of the apartment do not do it justice. It was lovely. Our host actually contacted us prior to our arrival and sent us a link so we knew exactly where to drive to , which was reassuring in a big city like Seville . He was stood on the pavement when we pulled up 😊.
The apartment benefits from a secure car park and is on the first floor of a tall block. There is a lift If needed.
Facilities-excellent. Clean tidy and everything you need ( except a kettle !). We just boiled up water in a pan.
Good supermarket five min walk.
What could be improved: I would say the only possible criticism is location . If you are mobile and don’t mind walking then no problem. We walked everywhere and I’d say it takes 20 mins walking to reach the start of touristy bits. Though there is good public transport 10 mins away from the door and Seville is flat .
