Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and this apartment on García de Vinuesa really surprised me. You know that sweet spot in the old town where you’re close enough to everything but not getting woken up by drunk tourists at 3 AM? That’s exactly where Kainga Homes nailed it with this place. The building itself has that authentic Sevillian charm – I mean, we’re talking about a street that locals actually use to cut through to the market, so you get this genuine neighborhood feel without sacrificing the tourist convenience.
The apartment is honestly more spacious than the photos suggest, which doesn’t happen often these days. What I really appreciated was how they’ve kept the original architectural details – those high ceilings and tile work – while actually making the kitchen and bathroom functional for modern travelers. The AC works properly too, which if you’ve been to Seville in summer, you know is basically non-negotiable. I could walk to the cathedral in maybe eight minutes, but more importantly, there’s this little tapas place around the corner on Calle Adriano that the locals pack every evening. The host mentioned it during check-in, and honestly, that tip alone made the stay worth it.
Here’s what you should know practically speaking – the street is narrow (typical old town), so if you’re driving, forget about parking right outside. There’s a public garage about a five-minute walk away, which isn’t terrible but factor that into your arrival plans. The building entrance can be a bit tricky to spot at first – it’s one of those understated doorways that blend into the historic facade – but once you’re oriented, it’s fine. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend coordinating your arrival time since it’s not a traditional hotel setup. The 8.3 rating feels about right; it’s solidly good without being perfect. My only real complaint was that the shower pressure could’ve been stronger, but that’s pretty standard for older buildings in this part of the city. The location though – that’s the real win here. You’re positioned where you can explore the Alcázar and cathedral area easily, but you can also wander into the Triana neighborhood across the river without it being a whole expedition.

Excellent location.
The apartment is nice, clean and comfortable. It has all of the appliances that are needed. Great view from the balcony.
The host was very helpful. They gave us a lot of information about the city, about sightseeing, restaurants, shows to watch…

The location is convenient. Between the bullring and the cathedral. A short walk from the bus station. Easy walk to see the main sites. Bars and shops close by.

We had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in the apartment on the 3rd floor (there is an elevator in the building), which was super functional, equipped with all the key necessities. The apartment is super conveniently located with an easy walk to all main attractions, and close to many great restaurants and cafes. The nights can be a little noisy sometimes. I still recommend it for all the other qualities of the apartment. The host was attentive at all times,; great communication.

A clean self-contained studio with all the necessary facilities: a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a small living room with a sofa and tv, and a bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Two tiny balconies with a street view. A big plus for the rooftop terrace with a view of the cathedral, where you can also find a washing machine. Large soft towels, comfy hard bed mattreses, clean white bed linen. Sef check-in with clear instructions from the owners. A lift for those who find it hard to climb up the narrow stairs. Another big plus is the great location in a lively neighbourhood full of bars and restaurants, near the cathedral. Good contact with the owner.
What could be improved: First big minus is the shower: small, one part of the shower door is missing and has been replaced with a curtain which sticks to your body while you're having a shower, low water pressure, awkward position of the shower head. Very uncomfortable. The second big minus is the cooking pots and frying pans covered with unhealthy non-stick film – they are scratched and should be got rid of.
