  Beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked well, place was very clean and well furnished. Hosts were kind.

  L’appartement est très bien situé, très propre et super bien équipé. Le gros plus : les hôtes. Tina et Victor sont extrêmement gentils, disponibles et vous donneront toute l’aide et les renseignements nécessaires pour que votre séjour se passe au mieux.

  L'appartamento è localizzato nel centro storico di Siviglia, 10 minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale; piccolo ma estremamente confortevole, molto fresco (ottimo il funzionamento del climatizzatore e dei ventilatori nelle stanze da letto); cucina funzionale, frigorifero molto efficiente, ottima la lavatrice. Ottima la pulizia.
  Tina e Victor, i nostri host, sono due splendide persone; Victor è venuto a prenderci in aeroporto (a fronte di un minimo rimborso spese per il parcheggio e il carburante) e Tina ci ha fornito preziose informazioni su Siviglia, su cosa vedere, dove poter "tapear" come dei veri "Sevillanos", come muoversi.
  Tina e Victor saranno il nostro riferimento in un futuro ritorno a Siviglia (dove abbiamo lasciato un pezzetto di cuore!).

  Wonderful hosts, great location. The apartment had everything we needed. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate our needs and make our stay as smooth and pleasant as possible.
  
  What could be improved: There is a smoker in the building and it's an issue if one wants to open the windows. A small inconvenience in light of all the positive aspects and the fantastic hosts.

  Exceptionally nice owners.Enthusiastically explained every possibility in the city.Kept in touch to check all ok.Very patient with our changes of planned composition of guests. Small but all amenities . Convenient for major attractions and airport bus.Lovely quiet narrow street.No noise at all.Comfortable beds.We did not need heating or air con but they were both available.Plenty of hot water.Loads of cooking ingredients,loads of toiletries.11 out of 10..

  The hosts are amazing – a retired couple who lives a few blocks away. They picked us up from the airport, dropped us off at the train station, and provided lots of information about Sevilla and details of their apartment. The apartment is in a newer building in an old neighborhood, easily one of the most atmospheric narrow lanes in the city with plants growing down from above. It's a 5 minute walk to the amazing Alcazar and Cathedral. Colorful decorations adorn every corner of the unit. Metal roller shutters blocked all light when desired. Laundry was easy with a washing machine in the apartment with detergent provided, and a rooftop with lots of clotheslines for quick drying. Perfect.

  The hosts Victor and Tina were very warm and helpful. Victor even gave us a complimentary pick up from the autobus station. The location was within walking distance to most tourist attractions and places to eat. The apartment was comfortable, homely and stocked with plenty of supply.
  
  What could be improved: The stairs. We had two big luggage cases and there was no lift.
