So here’s the thing about Apartamentos Luxury Puente de Triana – the name sounds a bit fancy, but honestly, that’s what I liked about this place. It sits right on Calle Alfarería in the heart of Triana, and I mean RIGHT in the heart of it. You know how some hotels claim to be “in the authentic neighborhood” but you’re actually stuck on some tourist strip? Not here. You’re literally surrounded by the ceramic workshops that Triana’s famous for, and the smell of clay and paint drifts up from the street level studios below. It’s actually pretty cool – you can hear the artisans working during the day, but it goes quiet by evening so sleep isn’t an issue.

The apartments themselves are… well, they’re doing their best to live up to that “luxury” part of the name. Four stars feels about right – they’ve got modern fixtures and the kitchenettes are better equipped than I expected, but you can tell this is a converted building so some rooms are oddly shaped. I stayed in a corner unit and had this great little balcony where I could see people crossing the Puente de Triana bridge with their morning coffee. The bridge is literally a three-minute walk, by the way – I timed it because I’m weird like that. What’s brilliant is you can pop over to the Cathedral side of Seville in about ten minutes on foot, but when you come back to Triana at night, it feels like you’re escaping to the real Seville. The tapas bars here don’t have English menus, which honestly makes the whole experience better.

Check-in was smooth enough, though the front desk closes earlier than you’d expect – I think around 8 PM? Something to keep in mind if you’re arriving late. Parking is… well, it’s Seville, so park wherever you can find a spot and walk. The neighborhood gets properly lively on weekend evenings – not rowdy tourist stuff, but actual locals spilling out of bars onto the narrow streets. If you’re a light sleeper, maybe pack earplugs, though I found the sound of Spanish conversations and clinking glasses kind of charming after a while. The rating of 7.9 makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow you away, but it does exactly what it promises. You get a clean, comfortable base in one of Seville’s most authentic neighborhoods, with enough space to spread out and pretend you’re living like a local for a few days. Plus, and this might sound random, but the morning light that comes through those Triana windows is something else – all golden and warm bouncing off the Guadalquivir. Made my terrible phone photos look almost decent.

  The location was perfect, a few minutes walk to Tirana Bridge. Safety and facilities in the apartment are excellent. Whatsapp message responses were very prompt from Alberto, with no issues.

  Excellent place in Triana, everything is close. The apartment is spacious, particularly for 1 or 2 person. The owner is absolutely helpful. The heating system is good, adjustable.

  Exceptional apartment for 1st visit in best zone of Seville. Lovely set up.
  Entry was perfect set up…never seen such a simple code entry.
  
  What could be improved: Weak WiFi on last day and no coffee cups/coffee making equipment….Nomads need that. A better shower head for such a lovely apartment.

  The location was great, very handy for doing the Seville Marathon as I could run down to the start line in the morning. It was across the bridge from a good Irish pub and the general vibe in the area was great. The hot tub was much appreciated as well!
  
  What could be improved: The one negative was the bathroom situation. I shared with a friend and the door was difficult to close.

  The location was great. Room was clean and plenty of space. The landlord or owner was very nice with us when we asked for extra time.
  
  What could be improved: All the noice. Doors where so loud. The bedroom window right next to the road and bars made it very hard to sleep. Pillows where so thin they hurt our necks.

  What could be improved: The glass of shower box was collapsed while my husband has a shower in the morning,he got some wounds on fingers and legs.
  We called admin of property and he immediately came with bandages and alcohol.
  Admin is good helpful and quick response but property owner should prevent this issue as I saw the glasses door frame is quite weak ,I am surely that if they not improve all structure of door , it will be collapsed again.
