Mornings are particularly lovely — you can grab coffee from the little café just down the street (the owner, María, makes the best cortado in the neighborhood), then wander over to Plaza de la Encarnación to watch the city wake up. The apartment gives you that flexibility to come and go as you please, which is perfect when you want to escape the midday heat for a siesta, then head back out for evening tapas. There’s a small supermarket about two blocks away if you want to pick up some jamón and cheese for a simple lunch on your own terms.

  Absolutely everything – the apartment location made it easy to explore Seville without being directly in the center of the city and feeling overwhelmed
  , especially as this week was Holy Week. Being able to return to the comfort of our apartment after walking for a long time was lovely ❤️ and our host couldn't have been more accommodating, especially with my various questions about bins! Thanks!

  The apartment was clean and had all the facilities that I needed. The water in the shower was hot and powerful and the Wi-Fi was free, fast and reliable. The location is quiet and only a short walk into the centre of the city but there are cafe's very close. The Flat Screen TV and the roof top for drying clothes were added bonuses.
  
  What could be improved: The only minor thing I experienced was the TV remote was well used so the button identification was rubbed off. I had to google how to adjust the volume using that particular remote but perhaps others may have worked it out.

  Apartment is really nice and very calm and has excelent position.Everything you need is provided and it has 2 airconditions for heating and great tv with many channels and Netflix

  What could be improved: In case you have a car, you will have to search for the parking since there is no parking available at the premises. Our kid woke up at 7 and neighbours were upset about the normal volume of noise – but nevertheless it was not a deal breaker – you just have to know it's a quiet place.

  on the the whole it was nice and clean, terrace a bit strange!! key to roof did not work well but it was ok.
