You know what struck me first about Argo7e Olehousing? The name’s a bit of a mouthful, honestly, but once you’re standing on Calle Argote de Molina looking up at this beautiful restored building, you forget all about that. I mean, this street is basically the heart of Seville’s old town – you’re literally steps from the Cathedral (you can hear the bells if you listen), and the whole area has this incredible smell of orange blossoms mixed with that distinctly Spanish aroma of good olive oil drifting from nearby tapas bars.

The thing about staying here is you’re getting that authentic Sevillian experience without the tourist trap feeling. Most people rushing around to see the Alcázar don’t even notice this little gem, which honestly works in your favor. The building itself has character – I’m talking original tile work, thick walls that actually keep the noise down (crucial when those flamenco bars get going late), and rooms that feel more like a stylish apartment than a hotel box. The 4-star rating isn’t just marketing fluff either; they’ve really thought about the details. Good water pressure, air conditioning that works during those brutal summer months, and – this matters more than you’d think – proper blackout curtains for when you want to sleep off a night exploring Triana across the river.

What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually live here, you know? They’ll tell you the bakery around the corner opens at 7 AM for the best tostada con tomate, or that Thursday evenings get a bit lively because there’s a small plaza nearby where locals gather. Parking’s always a nightmare in this part of town, but they sorted that out for me without the usual Spanish bureaucratic dance. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you experience little things like that – it’s not perfect (the WiFi can be spotty on the top floor, and breakfast isn’t included), but it gets the important stuff right. If you’re the type who wants to wake up and stumble into authentic Seville rather than fight your way through crowds to find it, this place actually delivers on that promise.

  The property is fantastically located and is absolutely pristine. The air con was fantastic as Seville was very hot for the first few days and the apt was so comfortable to come home to. The pool and the rooftop were wonderful and we used every day and evening. The lift and luggage room were the cherries on top!

  What could be improved: As its in central location, it gets noisy and you can hear all passersby up to 2am. There was a group of men booked in the first level who used the plunge pool but was too noisy in the afternoon.

  Location was excellent. It was clean spacious (for a family of 4) and had everything we needed. Staff were extremely responsive- a small problem with the shower was dealt with immediately (despite the holiday celebrations going on). We were very impressed.
  
  What could be improved: Parking proved a problem for us- due largely to the Easter week celebrations. We didn’t realise just what an impact it would have on parking availability and our ability to get near the apartment with our luggage. But the apartment itself was really great.

  What could be improved: Because we arrived late and we had given notice of this, we would have liked a bottle of water and maybe milk for tea or coffee in the apartment.. All the shops were closed when we arrived.
