You know what surprised me most about Arjona Suite Apartment? It’s tucked away on this narrow cobblestone street in Seville’s old town, but somehow it feels like you’ve discovered this perfectly kept secret rather than just another tourist spot. I mean, Calle Arjona isn’t one of those streets you’d stumble across by accident – you have to actually know where you’re going, which honestly makes it feel more special.

The building itself has that classic Andalusian charm you’re hoping for when you book a place in Sevilla’s historic center, but the apartment – well, it’s been done up with actual taste. The ceilings are high enough that you don’t feel cramped (important when it gets hot), and there’s this nice balance between keeping the old character and having modern stuff that actually works. The kitchen’s properly equipped too, not just some sad mini-fridge situation, which matters if you want to grab fresh ingredients from the Mercado de la Encarnación and actually cook something decent. Speaking of location, you’re literally a five-minute walk from the Cathedral – and I timed it because I’m neurotic like that – but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tour groups outside your window.

What really sold me on this place was the little details that show someone actually cares about the guest experience. The shower has proper water pressure (you’d be amazed how often this is an issue in historic buildings), the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out every ten minutes, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the street noise is just right. You get enough ambient sound to feel like you’re really in the heart of the city, but it’s not so chaotic that you can’t sleep. The area gets pretty quiet after midnight anyway, since it’s mostly residential once you step off the main tourist drags. Parking’s going to be a challenge if you’re driving, but honestly, you don’t need a car here – everything worth seeing is walkable, and the tram stop at Plaza Nueva is close enough when your feet give out. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the entrance can be a bit tricky to find your first time (typical old town situation), but the check-in process was smooth once I figured out which door was actually the right one. For the price point and that 8.8 rating, it really delivers on feeling like you’re living in Seville rather than just visiting it.

  Location very close to centre, Triana and bus station. Apartment has new kitchen and the whole apartment nicely decorated.

  The location is great, everything is near: the bus station, city centre, restaurants, shops…The apartment is big with comfy bed, great bathroom and a living room.
  
  What could be improved: They made us wait in front of the building although we let them know 30min earlier that we are coming, but Ana who came to give us the key was very helpful.

  The bedrooms and living room are air-conditioned and there is a portable heater. There is a supermarket downstairs. The staff is very kind.

  What could be improved: the hot water was not available always,neither mornings or evenings ,maybe it gets warmed up but it is very fast used and we had to shower with the cold water.
  windows are going out to the back yard from both side ,so don’t expect privacy with the open windows .
  the air conditioning was only in the living room.

  Super helpful & responsive hosts. Specifically selected that location and it was spot on. A really nice Mercado and a Mas supermarket nearby. Walking distance to Triana district. Quiet environment. Bed was to our liking-not too soft and back supportive.

  Excellent location close to the river and bus station. Minutes from City centre and Triana.

  A combination microwave instead of a conventional one would be useful as there is no oven.

  Everything about the stay was fantastic. We loved the location and the lovely modern apt. well stocked with all the necessary kitchen utensils plus laundry machine ,dish washer…..It was a home away from home.
  Everything was in walking distance all the monuments,walk next to river, kiosque,grocery store next door….etc.
  Would definitely recomend to any couple visiting this romantic historical city.
  
  What could be improved: The top hot plate didn't work or I wasn't able to operate it.
