You’re a three-minute walk from the Cathedral – I timed it because I’m that person – but you’re on this quiet side street where locals actually live. There’s this tiny bar around the corner where the bartender remembers your order after two visits, and the morning light hits the narrow street in this perfect way that makes you understand why people move to Seville and never leave. Parking is… well, it’s old town Seville, so forget about parking nearby. But the taxi situation is easy, and honestly, once you’re there you’ll walk everywhere anyway. The building itself is old school – no elevator, stone steps that have been worn smooth by decades of foot traffic – so pack light or embrace the workout. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward; no corporate nonsense, just someone who clearly knows the neighborhood giving you actual useful tips about where to eat dinner (not the tourist traps) and when to hit the terrace for the best light. That 8.5 rating feels right – it’s not perfect, but the imperfections are charming rather than annoying, and the things that matter most (comfort, location, that incredible terrace) are genuinely excellent.

  The perfect location, the safety/security, the outside space, the amount of beds and bedrooms. Modern functional bathrooms, fresh clean linen and towels, superb communication with host
  
  What could be improved: Lacking a few cooking essentials eg jug, chopping board a few different styles of glasses, tea towel, possibly a few more pans. But these are minor issues

  Location was excellent as was the roof terrace.
  
  What could be improved: I think the top floor bedroom needs at least one mirror in main room and more power points if possible.
  Also I would update/replace or renew the padlock and gated access onto the roof terrace- this is not easy to use or operate.
