Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and Avanti Azahar honestly surprised me – in the best way possible. It’s tucked right on Calle Feria in the heart of the old town, and I mean really in the thick of things. You know that perfect sweet spot where you’re close enough to walk everywhere but not so close to the cathedral that you’re drowning in tour groups? That’s exactly where this place sits.

The thing about staying on Feria is that you’re actually living like a local for a few days. I’d wake up to the sound of shopkeepers rolling up their metal shutters, and by evening, the street transforms into this lovely mix of neighbors chatting on their balconies and visitors discovering the little tapas bars that don’t make it into guidebooks. The hotel itself – well, it’s got this understated elegance that I really appreciated. Not trying too hard, you know? The rooms are what you’d expect from a solid four-star, but it’s the details that got me. The way they’ve kept some of the original architectural elements while making everything feel fresh and comfortable. I mean, the bathroom was spotless and the bed was actually good – which, let’s be honest, isn’t always a given even in nice places.

What really sold me on this spot was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the neighborhood. When I asked about breakfast places, they didn’t just point me toward the obvious tourist cafés but mentioned this tiny place around the corner where locals grab their morning coffee. And parking – God, parking in Seville’s old town is usually a nightmare, but they actually helped me figure out where to leave the car without it costing a fortune. The area gets lively in the evenings (it’s Spain, after all), but somehow the hotel stays pretty quiet. I think it’s how the building is positioned – you get the energy of the barrio without the noise keeping you up all night. Honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was expecting it to be one of those places that’s good but maybe overhyped. But no, it really delivers on that promise of giving you an authentic Seville experience without sacrificing comfort. You’re a five-minute walk from the Alameda de Hércules when you want some nightlife, and the same distance to the river when you need a quiet stroll. That’s the kind of location you can’t really put a price on.

  What could be improved: Not enough pictures of the bathroom were shared so the assumption was a spacious Bathroom however its was very small that's the only negative but ultimately well worth the price.

  What an amazing apartment! From the location to the cost to everything that was provided! Check-in was so easy. Super comfy beds, very clean and very secure. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit Seville!
  
  What could be improved: The only tiny little thing to note would be the staircase, as it’s floating it may be a bit difficult for some people but we found it fine, it’s very stable was just a bit daunting at first. Certainly didn’t detract from this amazing apartment!

  Well equiped apartament. Close proximity to a grocery market. Quiet vicinity. Internet worked well also on the first floor (enough for streaming or video chats).

  Near the quiet area, big apartment and pretty comfortable. The apartment was well equipped, we had everything that we needed.

  Communication from the host before, during and after the stay was very efficient. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance of all the best sights and amenities in Seville. The apartment was spacious and modern with good tea and coffee facilities. I would definitely recommend staying here.
