Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and AvantiStays Pilatos honestly caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know that feeling when you walk into a place and immediately think “okay, someone actually thought about this”? That’s what happened here. It’s tucked away on Calle Padre Luque in Nervión, which I’ll admit isn’t the postcard-pretty historic center, but hear me out on this.

Nervión is where actual Sevillanos live and work, and that 9.9 rating isn’t some fluke – this place gets the details right. The building itself has this modern edge that works somehow, and when you step inside, there’s this immediate sense of calm that’s pretty rare in a city that can feel overwhelming (especially in summer, trust me). The apartments – because that’s really what these are – feel more like staying in a really well-designed friend’s place than a hotel. Everything’s thought through, from the way the light hits the living areas to the fact that the kitchen actually has proper coffee-making equipment, not just one of those sad little pod machines.

What I really appreciate is the location’s honesty, if that makes sense. You’re about a fifteen-minute walk to the cathedral and all that tourist magic, but you can also grab groceries at the Mercadona down the street or sit at a neighborhood café where the guy behind the counter remembers your order. The metro’s close enough that you can easily hop over to other parts of the city, and – this matters more than you’d think – parking isn’t a complete nightmare if you’re driving. The staff actually knows the neighborhood, so when they give you directions or recommendations, it’s not just generic tourist stuff but real insights about timing and which places are worth your time. Honestly, staying here made me slow down and appreciate Seville differently, more like someone who lives there rather than just rushing between monuments. It’s the kind of place that makes you think about extending your trip by a day or two, just because you’re genuinely comfortable.

  My experience was perfect. The place is spacious, very clean, and well equipped with everything you might need. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and communication with the host was flawless. always quick, smooth, and kind. I had a small issue during my stay, and the host was very understanding and helped me right away. The location is also great, just a few minutes from Sevilla Santa Justa train station and about a 20-minute walk to Plaza de España and the historic center, perfect if you’re in town to explore.

  Antonio es encantador. El apartamento está muy bien, buenos colchones y almohadas , cocina completa , detalle de sal, aceite y cápsulas de café que se agradece…limpio. Buenas toallas….gel y jabón disponibles y secador de pelo.
  Muy bonito decorado…El sitio tranquilo y a un paseo del centro. Supermercado al lado, y todo lo que puedas necesitar….
