

Hotel Description
You know what caught me off guard about BeHouse Arroyo A? I walked up to this modern building on Calle Arroyo expecting another cookie-cutter business hotel, but honestly, it feels more like staying at your design-savvy friend’s apartment. The whole Nervión area has this great local vibe – you’re not drowning in tourists here like you would be near the cathedral, but you can still hop on the metro and be in the heart of Seville in about fifteen minutes.
The rooms actually have personality, which is refreshing. I mean, sure, it’s got that clean Scandinavian-meets-Spanish aesthetic going on, but there are these thoughtful touches that make it feel less sterile. The bathrooms are surprisingly spacious (always a win), and the beds – well, let’s just say I had zero trouble sleeping despite being right in the city. Speaking of which, the soundproofing is pretty solid. I was worried about street noise since Spanish cities can get lively at night, but even with my window cracked open, it stayed quiet enough. The staff really knows their stuff too – they gave me actual useful recommendations, not just the typical tourist traps. One guy at the front desk told me about this incredible tapas place three blocks down that I never would’ve found on my own.
What really sold me on this place is how it sits in the neighborhood. Nervión isn’t flashy, but that’s exactly why it works. There’s a Mercadona right around the corner if you need supplies, decent coffee shops within walking distance, and you get this authentic slice of how Sevillanos actually live. The metro connection is clutch – Los Remedios station is close enough that you don’t need to mess with taxis or buses to get to the main sights. Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare it can be in other parts of the city if you’re driving. I stayed here in early spring when the weather was perfect, and honestly, I found myself hanging out in the neighborhood more than I expected. The 8.6 rating makes total sense – it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Seville, but everything just works the way it should. Four stars feels right; it’s polished without being pretentious, comfortable without being boring, and located perfectly for people who want to experience Seville like a local rather than just tick off the major monuments.

Great location – close to st. Justa train station, walkable distance to all of the major attractions in the city.
What could be improved: Check in was a disaster. We agreed to meet at a certain time, this was confirmed and we were supposed to receive more details via booking chat in the morning upon arrival. However their rep responsible for providing written details or coming in person (to this day I have no idea what was supposed to happen) did not bother to send the details neither did he/she show up. I had to call the support (this guy did his best and eventually he helped us to get in and was very helpful) however we stood for 40 minutes in a heavy rain trying to figure out what to do.Diane from United Kingdom – 23 October 2024 (9/10)
Location was great – just a 15 minute walk into the centre of Seville on a (mainly ) quiet street with good access to local amenities. Perfect for a couple.
What could be improved: Some noise from people returning to their homes at night (Saturday) to be expected really and construction noise early Monday am in nearby apartment. The flat was well located, with a nice outdoor space with a string to put the drying laundry, a connected TV, large and comfy bed. Plus, our host was very nice and allowed us to leave our luggage before the check-in time !

New and tastefully furnished apartment unit on the ground floor. Super quiet and safe neighborhood, very walkable to center (15 min) and tons of restaurants. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and very comfortable bed, and a very cute courtyard. Great value for money!

Lovely spacious modern apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to do a lot of cooking, was nice to have a few oils and spices to use (may have been left over from previous guests not sure). Really light in all rooms. Wonderful to have the patio, made the property seem even bigger. Shower great size with good hot water and water pressure. Everything new and modern, well cared for. Really supportive host (I left the key inside by mistake and they organised someone to come around and let me in quickly). Great instructions for key lock access and very responsive on WhatsApp when required. Well located just on the edge of tourist area, turn right and you feel you are hanging out with locals turn left and 5 mins walk you are with all the tourists. 20 mins to centre of town, nice easy flat walk. Heaps of supermarkets and cafe/bars nearby. Big modern gym 7 min walk. 8 mins to train and bus station. I would recommend this to others and stay here again, can’t wait to come back.

Exactly as advertised. The private courtyard was a gorgeous added luxury to the apartment. Very clean and well equipped. Refurbished to an excellent standard. Have recommended to all my friends and family.
What could be improved: The code we were given for the lockbox was incorrect but we called them and they gave us the new code immediately – very happy!
