Hotel Description
Honestly, I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to BeHouse Arroyo B – the street’s pretty quiet and residential, which actually turned out to be one of its biggest selling points. You’re right in Nervión, which locals will tell you is where actual Sevillanos live, not just the tourist bubble of Santa Cruz. It’s this perfectly positioned spot where you can walk to the main sights but come home to a neighborhood that feels real.
The place itself has this modern boutique vibe that somehow doesn’t feel sterile – you know how some newer hotels can be all sharp edges and no soul? This isn’t that. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with these little touches that make you think someone actually stayed here themselves before opening it. I mean, there are proper bedside tables on both sides of the bed (revolutionary, I know), and the bathroom has actual counter space for your stuff. The building’s pretty well soundproofed too, which matters because Spanish streets can get lively, especially during weekend evenings when people are heading to dinner at 10 PM like civilized humans do here.
What really sold me on this place was the location intelligence – and I don’t mean that in a marketing brochure way. You’re a fifteen-minute walk from the Cathedral and Alcázar, but more importantly, you’re five minutes from some incredible neighborhood bars that don’t have a single tourist menu in sight. There’s this little place around the corner where they do jamón that’ll ruin you for anywhere else, and the guy behind the bar actually remembers your drink order by the third visit. The metro’s close if you want to venture further out (the Nervión station is practically around the corner), but honestly, most of what you came to Seville for is walkable from here. Parking can be a bit tricky on the street – it’s that typical European city situation – but the staff actually knows which nearby lots are reasonable, which saves you from driving in circles like a lost tourist. The whole check-in experience was refreshingly straightforward too, none of that drawn-out lobby performance some places put you through. They just got me sorted and pointed me toward the good coffee shop two blocks down. With a 9 rating, you’d expect it to be solid, but what surprised me was how it felt less like staying in a hotel and more like borrowing a really well-appointed apartment in a neighborhood you’d actually want to live in.

Clean, comfortable and nice modern space, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to supermarket and restaurants. Smooth check in process. Excellent customer service from hosts.
What could be improved: Distance to downtown but I had an event near by so it worked well in that case.Alan from Canada – 19 March 2025 (9/10)
Fabulous apartment. Could not ask for better facilities. The orange trees on the street outside.
What could be improved: Host was not helpful when we called the number provided to arrange for keys. The host also complained about texting, as a means to each them, when calls were not returned.Sandy from Canada – 22 September 2024 (9/10)
Clean, spacious, close to everything! Love the washing machine! Great when you are living out of a suitcase
What could be improved: Could use a few more towels if your stay is longer. Quite a bit of noise next to us. Could hear everything until 1:30 am! Smell of cooking was very pungent.Leanne from Australia – 11 June 2024 (8/10)
The apartment had absolutely everything that was needed. It was well laid out, feeling very spacious. Very comfortable bed and strong, hot shower. Great to have a washing machine and clothes airer. Excellent contact with owners and very easy self-check-in.
Nóra from Hungary – 14 February 2024 (8/10)
Modern, very well equipped, clean flat. Easy to get in (padlock), good location: shops, bakery, train station, airport bus stop nearby. Huge plus is the leaflet about shops, restaurants, attractions, etc. Very good Wifi, spacious bathroom with small window, comfortable bed.
What could be improved: Onion smell coming from one of the neighbours. Main attractions are 1.4 kms away, no good bus connections to them (couple 100 meters walk, then bus for 4 stops, then walk again).
We could have walked, but there was massive rain and strong wind.Miranda from United Kingdom – 12 February 2024 (8/10)
