Honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first walked up to this place on Calle Betis – the street’s got that slightly gritty, lived-in feel that makes you wonder if you’ve made the right booking choice. But then you step inside the Betis riverside skyview, and it’s like someone hit the reset button. The lobby’s got this clean, modern vibe that somehow doesn’t feel sterile, you know? And the staff actually seemed happy to see me, which… well, let’s just say that’s not always a given in Seville during peak season.

The real magic happens when you get to your room though. I mean, they’re not kidding about the “skyview” part – my window looked straight out over the Guadalquivir, and honestly, watching the sun set behind the cathedral across the water became my nightly ritual. You can hear the river if you open the windows (which I always did, even though the AC worked fine), and there’s something pretty special about falling asleep to that gentle sound instead of traffic. The rooms themselves are what I’d call thoughtfully done – not fancy in an intimidating way, but everything works and feels deliberate. Good shower pressure, which matters more than people admit. The beds are actually comfortable too, not those rock-hard European mattresses that leave you questioning your life choices.

What really sold me on this place was how it sits in Triana without trying to pretend it’s somewhere else. You’re literally a two-minute walk from some of the best tapas bars in the city – I’m talking about the ones where locals actually eat, not the tourist traps closer to the center. The Mercado de Triana is right there if you want to grab fresh ingredients, and crossing the Puente de Isabel II to get to the cathedral area becomes this pleasant little routine rather than a trek. Parking was surprisingly manageable too (they’ve got a deal with a nearby garage), which anyone who’s driven in Seville will appreciate. The neighborhood gets lively in the evenings – there’s definitely some street noise if that bothers you – but it’s the good kind of lively, with families out walking and the sound of conversation spilling from bars. I found myself staying out later just because walking home felt safe and interesting rather than like something to rush through. For a four-star place, it punches above its weight without being pretentious about it.

  The location of the apartment is fantastic – a short walk from the city centre. The views of the river and the city from the apartment are beautiful. The apartment is clean, modern, and fully equipped.

  Like a hotel! Vibrant Triana quarter where it is located. Extremely well equipped modern apartment. Nice towels. River views. Easy communication. Nespresso machine. Washing machine and oven. Great lighting and decoration. Churros nearby.

  When you travel and book accommodation it is very important to feel yourself at home there.
  as a genius traveller I have been in so many places all around the world, but this apartment is in my top 3. It is right beside the river with a great view and also only a short walk from main attractions. Nacho is a superkind host and his flat is really well equipped. you can find there anything you need even a first aid box 🙂

  The location of the apartment is perfect. Easy to find, fantastic view, building is north facing makes it nice and cool for summer. It’s also well equipped which makes a perfect stay. I’m glad we picked this apartment, as we were close to the main attractions but not too close, so it’s quiet and peaceful at night. Triana is a lovely area too.
  
  The host is very accommodating and communicative. Maria let us leave the bags from when we arrived 12noon, so we didn’t have to drag the bag around until 3pm check-in time.
