Hotel Description
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Bordador Central Suite, I wasn’t expecting much from the narrow street entrance. But you know what? Sometimes the best places in Seville hide behind unassuming doors, and this spot on Calle Bordador Rodríguez Ojeda is exactly that kind of surprise. The building itself has that classic Sevillian charm where you’re basically living like a local in the heart of the old town, which means you’re about a three-minute walk from the Cathedral – I mean, you can practically hear the bells from your window. The suites are actually proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a kitchenette thrown in, so if you’re the type who gets tired of eating out every meal (and honestly, who doesn’t after a few days of tapas?), you’ll appreciate having real counter space and a full-sized fridge.
What really won me over was how genuinely quiet it gets at night, despite being right in the thick of things. I was worried about noise – you know how these old town locations can be with the late-night revelers stumbling around – but the windows are solid and the street doesn’t get the worst of the party traffic. During the day though, you’re perfectly positioned to just wander. The Alcázar is literally around the corner, and if you walk five minutes toward the river, you’ll hit all those little ceramic shops and orange tree-lined streets that make Seville feel magical. The staff actually knows the neighborhood too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places just hand you a generic city map. They told me about this tiny bar called El Rinconcillo that I never would have found otherwise – oldest tapas bar in the city, apparently, and it’s just a short walk through the Jewish quarter.
The rooms themselves are clean and well-maintained, though don’t expect cutting-edge design or anything too fancy. It’s more comfortable than luxurious, if that makes sense. The 7.9 rating feels about right – it’s solidly good without being spectacular. Some of the bathrooms are a bit snug (typical for these converted buildings), and the WiFi can be spotty in certain corners, but honestly, when you’re staying somewhere this central, you’re probably not spending much time scrolling anyway. What I really appreciated was the little touches – decent coffee in the kitchen setup, actual hangers in the closets, and enough outlets for all your devices. Plus, if you’re visiting during peak season, good luck finding anything this well-located that won’t cost you twice as much. The value proposition here is solid, especially if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights and want to feel settled rather than just passing through.

What could be improved: Parking slot very cumbersome,Serafettin from Turkey – 27 April 2025 (9/10)

What could be improved: Difficult parkingMichael from United Kingdom – 11 June 2024 (7/10)
The apartment is spacious, light, and very comfortable. The location is a very good walk from the main tourist attractions.
What could be improved: The car parking space was much too small and I had to park in an underground car park.Alexandros1925 from Greece – 27 September 2022 (9/10)
Nice big room
What could be improved: Location about 20 Minutes from historic centerMehmet from United States – 8 May 2025 (7/10)
Location.
What could be improved: Parking is a nightmare, if you have a car bigger than Smart Car do not even attempt to use the parking. Maneuvering in and out is also nightmare. If free parking position is not approved by the owner, they send you to the public parking.
AND
Leaving the building with a key is unacceptable. Literally you are opening the iron door's lock with a key to go out! In case of emergency, you are locked inside. If you are one person, you will not be able to manage to open the garage door from outside and drive the car out. Also, you are required to leave the keys inside the apartment when you are checking out, given the building door is unlocked. Someone else must wait for you holding the building door, so you can get out. Otherwise, you are keyless and locked inside the building. Wow. What a procedure. I am not sure if I want to stay in a such place again.
If parking is not needed. It may be OK with the stay.
P. S. Some smell exist in one of the bathrooms. We did not use it.Graeme from Australia – 9 June 2024 (8/10)
What could be improved: Need to drive a mini car or a scooter to be able to park.
Parking garage was unacceptable for a normal car.Christopher from Canada – 12 November 2023 (7/10)
A surprisingly large apartment in the center. Clean and bright. Well equipped kitchen. However we had a few issues that should be addressed. In the second bathroom sewer gas comes back up. Not pleasant. Water did not run into the dishwasher. I would stay again if these issues were addressed.
What could be improved: Parking is weird. Your parking spot is actually on a lift ramp in an underground parking. Tight to get out of for any car. If ramp was removed, it would be okay.Sigita from United Kingdom – 6 August 2023 (7/10)
Clean apartment with essentials, and comfortable beds.
What could be improved: Challenging parking plot.Michael from United Kingdom – 17 April 2025 (8/10)
Great accommodation & the perfect location!!
