You know what struck me first about this place? The address – Calle Santo Domingo de la Calzada in Nervión – sounds so formal, but honestly, it’s this perfectly charming residential street that feels like real Seville, not tourist Seville. I mean, you’re still close enough to everything that matters (the cathedral’s maybe 15 minutes by foot), but you wake up to the sounds of neighbors chatting from their balconies instead of tour groups shuffling past your window at 7 AM.

The apartment itself has this lived-in elegance that’s hard to fake – and I’m pretty sure they’re not faking it. Everything feels considered but not precious, if that makes sense. The kind of place where you can actually spread out your stuff without worrying about messing up some overly-styled Instagram setup. The 9.7 rating honestly doesn’t surprise me because whoever runs this place clearly gets the details right. Check-in was smooth (they actually answered their phone when I called about arriving early), and there’s this refreshing lack of corporate nonsense – just good, solid hospitality.

What really won me over, though, was how the space works for actual living, not just sleeping between sightseeing marathons. The kitchen’s properly equipped – I’m talking real knives and decent pans, not the usual tourist apartment sad collection of mismatched utensils. Nervión itself is fantastic for this, actually, because you’ve got proper neighborhood markets and that great little bakery on the corner where the woman behind the counter will absolutely judge your Spanish but still make sure you get the best pastries. Parking can be a bit of a dance around here (welcome to Seville), but the area’s well-connected by bus if you’re not driving. The whole neighborhood sort of quiets down after dinner in this lovely way – not dead quiet, but that perfect urban hum where you can sleep with the windows open and wake up refreshed instead of frazzled. Four stars feels right for the official rating, but it’s the kind of four-star place that outperforms plenty of five-star hotels because someone clearly cares about the guest experience rather than just checking amenity boxes.

  Great apartment! Very convenient location. Transport links (buses, trains, metro) within five minutes walk. Vibrant neighborhood, shops, cafes, restaurants nearby.
  The apartment is well equipped, and has all you need.
  The host is friendly and very helpful.
  We stayed as a family with a small child and we're all very happy. I'd definitely go back and recommend.

  Posizione ottima per visitare la Città, a piedi o in bus e metropolitana. Fermate a 5 minuti. Anche la fermata linea EA dall'aeroporto a 5 minuti. Proprietaria gentilissima che ti supporta durante il soggiorno.
