You’re still within easy walking distance of the cathedral and Alcázar — maybe ten minutes across the Isabel II bridge — but you get to experience the real Seville that locals actually live in. The neighborhood has this incredible flamenco heritage, and you’ll find authentic tapas bars where tourists are still the minority. CasaKary sits perfectly positioned to explore both sides of the river, and having that free private parking is actually a huge deal here (trust me, parking in central Seville can be a nightmare).

Rooftop Bliss

The solarium and open-air bath situation is where this place really shines. After spending days wandering through Seville’s narrow streets and visiting all the must-see sights, coming back to soak in that outdoor bath while looking out over the river — well, it’s exactly what you need. The rooftop space feels like your own private retreat, which is rare to find in such a central location. I spent way more time up there than I initially planned, especially during those golden hour moments when the light hits the cathedral just right.

Local Connections

The walking tours they arrange aren’t your typical tourist traps — they actually know the neighborhood and can point you toward experiences you’d never find on your own. I discovered this tiny ceramics workshop just a few streets away and learned about Triana’s pottery tradition that goes back centuries. You know what I appreciated most? The staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure guests experienced authentic Seville, not just the Instagram version. They’ll steer you toward the best local markets and explain which tapas bars are worth your time versus which ones are just riding on location.

  CasaKary is the perfect stay! It’s like staying in a luxury hotel with the comfort of your own space. The entire place is the ultimate luxury. There were only 3 of us staying but more than enough space for 8 people. The rooftop is special and you can see the entire city, the perfect place for a morning coffee or a pre dinner drink. Mars was helpful and very accommodating for our stay with local restaurant recommendations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again! Thank you so much for the stay!

  The location is great! Amazing views to the Plaza de Toros, Catedral, the river and the city center. The pool is small but it’s great, climatized! The terrace is super well equipped with fridge, dish washer and a toilet, we spent almost the whole time there. Also the rooms are great, several types of pillows, A/A, super comfortable mattresses and the best is the private bathroom. The kitchen is perfectly well equipped as well, with all types of utensils and even some nice touches like coffee, chocolates… our staying there was great, we had such a good time. Totally recommended!

  Queríamos poder compartir mi familia y primos una experiencia todos juntos y encontramos esta casa en Sevilla
  La ubicación es excelente ya que andando se llega en 5 minutos al centro
  La decoración nos encanto a todos y pasamos unos momentos inolvidables en la terraza bañándonos en la piscina viendo el río y la ciudad
  El trato con los anfitriones fue muy amable y fluido en todo momento aconsejándonos restaurantes de moda y lugares de interés
  Ojalá hubiera más casas así en otras ciudades !!!!!!

  WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED! I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I can't help but comment on my stay in this spectacular, clean, and well-maintained house in front of the Guadalquivir River and a 5-minute walk from the center. The hosts were very polite and attentive at all times, they explained to me that the house had recently been built. You can really see all the details, like the beautiful living room and dining room, the bedrooms which are very comfortable, a terrace with a heated pool and the best views of Seville.
  Plus, THERE IS A PRIVATE PARKING SPACE!
  If you come to visit this city, it is 100% essential to stay in this house.

  My friends and I have been to Seville several times. We used to go to hotels but this time we found this wonderful house in the center of Seville close to all the most emblematic places of the city and the Guadalquivir River.
  
  Without a doubt it has the best views and the comfort has been as good as in our own home. The best thing has been having a glass of wine with friends in the heated pool watching the whole city, spectacular!
  We asked for them to prepare a small breakfast and we definitely enjoyed it with the views! Next time we will ask a chef to come and prepare us an original dinner.
