You know what struck me first about Casas de Sevilla? It’s tucked into this narrow street called Calle Tintes that honestly feels like stepping back in time – I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Seville’s old quarter, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy and overwhelming like some of the main drags around the Cathedral. The building itself has that classic Andalusian vibe with whitewashed walls and traditional tiles, but here’s the thing that actually matters: these aren’t just hotel rooms, they’re proper apartments with kitchenettes and living spaces. Perfect if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights or you’re the type who likes to grab fresh produce from the morning markets (there’s a great one just a few streets over on Calle Feria, by the way).
The location is honestly pretty perfect for exploring on foot – you can walk to the Cathedral and Alcázar in about eight minutes, but you’re far enough from the main tourist chaos that you’ll actually sleep at night. I stayed during semana santa one year and while the processions were incredible, having a quiet street to retreat to was clutch. The apartments themselves are well-maintained, nothing fancy but everything works properly, which… well, anyone who’s traveled in Spain knows that’s not always a given. The air conditioning is decent (crucial in summer), and the Wi-Fi actually holds up if you need to work. One small thing – the street is narrow, so getting an Uber or taxi right to the door can be tricky during busy times, but there’s a wider street just around the corner where drivers can usually drop you off.
What I really appreciate about this place is how it strikes that balance between authentic neighborhood feel and having what you actually need as a traveler. You’ve got a proper grocery store within two blocks, some excellent tapas bars that locals frequent (not just tourist traps), and you’re walking distance from both the trendy Alameda area and the traditional Santa Cruz neighborhood. The check-in process is straightforward – they’re pretty responsive when you message them – and honestly, for a 4-star rating in this part of Seville, the value is solid. I mean, you could easily pay twice as much to stay in some generic hotel near the main sites and have half the character. If you’re someone who wants to feel like you’re actually living in Seville for a few days rather than just passing through, this is your spot.

This apartment was spacious for our family of 5, and could easily accommodate our 5 bikes. It was comfortable, clean and had heating which was a bonus. Nice place to take a break and explore Seville from. Great location. I would highly recommend.

Good sized 2 bed 2 bath cool apartment in a great location. Staff was excellent with communicating with us on the day. Clothes airer, mini ironing board and iron available.

wonderful location, light and cheerful apartment on the first floor (handicap accessible), washer/dryer that actually worked well, comfy bed, good temperature control.

L'emplacement de lieu qui permet de se rendre à pied vers les lieux d'intérêt. La fraîcheur de l'appartement alors que nous avions plus de 30 dehors sans mettre la climatisation.
Les 2 chambres séparées avec sanitaires chacune qui permettent de disposer d'une intimité.
