You know what struck me first about Cathedral Luxury Suite? The location is absolutely perfect – and I mean that in the most practical way possible. You’re literally in the heart of Seville’s old town on Calle Fernández y González, which honestly feels like you’re staying inside a postcard. The cathedral bells actually wake you up in the morning, but in the most charming way imaginable (though if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe pack earplugs).

The suite itself lives up to that 9.6 rating – it’s one of those places where every detail feels intentional. The ceilings are high in that classic Andalusian way, and there’s this gorgeous interplay between modern luxury touches and original architectural elements that somehow doesn’t feel forced. I particularly loved the bathroom; it’s spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re doing yoga just to shower, which is rarer than it should be in European hotels. The air conditioning actually works properly too, which – trust me – you’ll appreciate during Seville summers when the city turns into a beautiful furnace.

What really sets this place apart is how genuinely walkable everything is from here. The cathedral is obviously right there (hence the name), but you’re also a two-minute stroll from Plaza de Armas and maybe five minutes from the tapas scene around Calle Mateos Gago. I spent most evenings just wandering the narrow streets, ducking into random bars for jamón and sherry. The front desk staff actually gave me some solid local recommendations too – not the touristy spots, but places where locals go, which made all the difference. Parking can be a bit tricky in this area since it’s all pedestrian streets, but they’ll sort you out with nearby options if you’re driving. Honestly though, once you’re here, you won’t need a car for anything. The whole historic center becomes your playground, and there’s something magical about stumbling back to your suite after a long day of exploring, knowing you’re sleeping in the same neighborhood where Columbus planned his voyages. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’re actually experiencing Seville rather than just visiting it.

  Excellent location. Spacious feeling. Great amenities. Clean and fully renovated. Quiet. Building had plenty of character. Bright and nicely decorated. Secure building. Close to Seville Cathedral and Center of City.

  Amazing location!! The apartment was very nicely decorated and felt new. The bed rooms are on the smaller side, but acceptable.
  The mattresses were a little hard.
