Honestly, when I first walked up to this place on Calle Padre Marchena, I wasn’t expecting much from the name alone – “Céntrico con magníficas vistas” sounds like something Google Translate would spit out. But you know what? Sometimes the cheesy names are spot on. This four-star spot really does deliver on those magnificent views, and the location is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of Seville’s old town without dealing with the madness of the main tourist drags.

The thing about staying right in the historic center is that you’re literally walking distance from everything that matters – I mean, you can stumble out the front door and be at the Cathedral in about eight minutes, maybe ten if you stop to grab coffee at one of those tiny bars the locals actually use. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays at night, which honestly surprised me given how central it is. Sure, you’ll hear some street chatter and maybe the occasional flamenco guitar drifting up from somewhere, but it’s not the kind of noise that keeps you awake – more like free ambient music. The building itself has that authentic Andalusian feel without being too precious about it, and the staff actually seems to know the neighborhood (they pointed me toward this incredible tapas place on a side street I never would have found otherwise).

The views from the upper floors are legitimately spectacular – you’re looking out over those iconic orange-tiled rooftops and church spires that make Seville’s skyline so distinctive. I stayed during late spring when the jacaranda trees were blooming, and honestly, waking up to that purple haze over the old town was worth the trip alone. The rooms are well-appointed without being flashy, though I will say the air conditioning works like a dream, which you’ll definitely need if you’re visiting between May and September when the heat gets pretty intense. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle since you’re in the pedestrian-heavy part of town, but there’s a public garage about a three-minute walk away – just ask at reception and they’ll give you the exact directions. The 8.8 rating makes sense to me; it’s not trying to be the fanciest place in Seville, but it nails the fundamentals while putting you right where you want to be. If you’re the type who likes to wander narrow cobblestone streets in the evening and discover hidden plazas, this is your base camp.

  The apartment was exactly as described. Little extras like shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the bathroom and coffee, tea, washing liquid, ice and rehydrating drinks in the kitchen were really useful. The host was incredibly responsive and gave excellent instructions on where to find the apartment and how to access the keys (even providing a video). They also gave advice for luggage storage and taxis, together with recommendations for restaurants. Would definitely recommend this accomodation and wouldn’t hesitate to use it again if I return to Seville

  The host is great and responsive. The apartment is central and very clean. Ok for two adults and two kids. The parking is 3mn away walking and the street is quiet. There is no elevator but it’s on first floor.

  L'emplacement de l'appartement est parfait pour découvrir la ville de Séville. On est dans un quartier vivant tout en étant au calme dans l'appartement.
  Le parking compris avec le logement à deux minutes est un vrai plus.

  Gostei da localização, gostei da qualidade do apartamento, desde a decoração aos equipamentos.
  O apartamento está muito bem localizado, perto dos principais pontos de interesse de Sevilha.
  Quando voltar a Sevilha tentarei ficar neste apartamento.
  
  What could be improved: Sinceramente nada. Apenas inicialmente achámos que o terraço pertencia em exclusivo ao apartamento e afinal é comum ao prédio. Mas isso em nada alterou considerarmos termos tido uma estadia perfeita.

  Localização, limpeza e simpatia dos contactos que fizemos. Local muito tranquilo apesar de central.
  
  What could be improved: a luz da escada da casa está permanentemente acesa. Falta algum estore ou blackout na sala para impedir entrada de tanta luz. Para quem forma na sala é muito incomodo.
