Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and this spot on Avenida Torneo honestly surprised me – in the best way possible. When you first walk up, you’re thinking “okay, this is just another apartment rental,” but then you step inside and it’s actually got that luxury hotel vibe without the stuffy front desk situation. The whole place feels like someone with really good taste decided to create their ideal crash pad and then – lucky for us – started renting it out.

What really sold me was the parking situation, and I mean this seriously because if you’ve ever tried to navigate the narrow streets around the cathedral district with a rental car, you know it’s basically a nightmare. Having your own dedicated spot is huge, especially since you’re still walking distance to all the good stuff in the old town. I could literally park, drop my bags, and be at the Giralda in about fifteen minutes on foot. The apartment itself is one of those places where every detail actually works – you know how sometimes luxury places look amazing but then the shower has weird pressure or the AC sounds like a jet engine? None of that here. Everything just… functions properly, which honestly feels revolutionary after some of the places I’ve crashed in southern Spain.

The building sits right where the old town starts getting interesting but before it gets completely overrun with tour groups, so you get this perfect balance of authentic neighborhood life and easy access to the main attractions. Mornings are especially nice because you can hear the city waking up – church bells, delivery trucks doing their thing, people heading to work – but it’s not the chaos you get closer to the cathedral area. I actually found myself making coffee and just hanging out by the windows, watching Seville do its thing. The space itself feels more like borrowing a wealthy friend’s place than staying in a rental, if that makes sense. High ceilings, really comfortable furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a hotel supply catalog, and a kitchen where you could actually cook a proper meal if you wanted to skip the tapas scene for a night (though honestly, why would you?). The whole experience just feels effortless, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to soak up a city like Seville without dealing with logistics stress.

  The host is exceptional. She greeted us on arrival, led us to the parking space, and even offered to help us take our luggage but we refused. She gave us a quick tour, introduced the facilities in the apartment, and left a nicely made city guide to help us explore Sevilla.
  The interior design was incredible. It was a large studio with two nice bathrooms. The wifi works extremely well. The kitchen has all you need. The wall-mounted TV has all the streaming apps and can be adjusted to face all directions. There was even a Netflix account with the apartment's name available.
  The location was a bit far away from the city centre. But we used the rental bikes/scooters and got around no problem, even at night.
  We were initially a bit worried about the security at night, as the apartment was located on the ground floor in a building next to the gas station. But we stayed here for two nights and it was perfectly quiet and safe.

  Fran is not just a host, he is a super host! The apartment is wonderful, in a great location and the attention to detail is very much appreciated. Fran welcomed us like no other host did and made us feel right at home, excited and ready to discover Sevilla with a curated guide that he prepared. He also goes above and beyond to make sure he can accommodate requests even after our check-out time which we really did appreciate. We would rate our stay as 20/10 and Fran + this apartment really contributed to Sevilla being one of the best experiences of our trip.
