You know what struck me first about this place? The location is absolutely killer – you’re literally on Calle Sierpes, which is basically Seville’s main shopping artery, but once you climb up to the second floor, all that street buzz just melts away. I mean, you get the energy of being right in the thick of Old Town without the constant noise that usually comes with prime real estate like this.
The apartment itself feels like someone actually thought about how people live, not just how tourists sleep. Two proper bedrooms, two full bathrooms – honestly, that second bathroom is a game changer when you’re traveling with friends or family. The whole place has this classic Sevillian vibe with high ceilings and those gorgeous shuttered windows, but they’ve modernized it without going overboard. The kitchen actually works (I’ve stayed in too many places where it’s basically decorative), and there’s enough space in the living area to spread out your maps and argue about tomorrow’s itinerary over wine.
What really gets me is how walkable everything is from here. The Cathedral? Five minutes, maybe seven if you’re stopping to peek into shop windows. The Alcázar is practically around the corner, and you can wander down to the river in about ten minutes. But here’s the thing locals know – Sierpes gets absolutely packed during peak shopping hours and weekends, so if you’re hauling luggage, time your arrival carefully. Early morning or late afternoon works best. The building doesn’t have an elevator (it’s Old Town, after all), but honestly, the second floor isn’t bad, and the workout helps justify all those tapas. Parking nearby is… well, let’s just say embrace the walk or use the public lots a few blocks away. That’s just Seville for you – cars and medieval street layouts don’t exactly play nice together. The 8.7 rating makes total sense once you’re there. It’s not trying to be a luxury resort, but it nails what it promises: a comfortable, well-located base that feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment than staying in a hotel. The owners clearly know their stuff about what travelers actually need versus what looks good in photos.

The location and style of flat was great. Also the little supermarket just below was very useful. Very clean and a good shower. Beds very comfortable. Easy and friendly check in. Could already get into the flat after arrived from the airport at 13:00.
What could be improved: The flat was very poorly soundproofed. Either noise from the street or from the flat above. You can hear each step and water use. Strongly recommend ear plugs for sleeping. For the rest all great.Charles from United States – 31 May 2023 (9/10)

What could be improved: Lock for the entrance to the building is broken. They sent a video how to use the key upside down to force the lock part way up so the key would go in. We were locked out several times and had to wait for assistance to get into the building. We had to use part of the key ring to manipulate the lock tumblers to get the key in. They knew this was an issue but did not fix it. There were several instances during our stay where we were locked out and harassed by people living in the street.

The apartment is beautiful. One of the most interesting places I have stayed visually. Both bathrooms were lovely. The living areas are great.
What could be improved: The kitchen is missing a bottle opener for glass beer bottles.

Me encantó lo enorme que es el apartamento y lo que más sin duda es su decoración , es brutal !
La chica que vino a darnos las llaves muy atenta y puntual . Las camas son súper cómodas , los baños amplios y súper equipados , al igual que la cocina . La ubicación es inmejorable , sin duda un descrubrimiento !! Nunca me había alojado en un sitio así a pesar de todo lo que viajo !
