So I’ll be honest – when I first heard “CLB Feria Apartment” I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this place actually surprised me in the best way. It’s tucked right on Avenida Presidente Adolfo Suárez in Los Remedios, which honestly is one of those neighborhoods that feels properly Sevillian without being overrun with tourists taking selfies every five seconds. You know what I mean? The location is actually brilliant because you’re close enough to walk into the city center (maybe 20 minutes if you don’t mind the stroll along the river), but you’re staying where actual locals live and work.

The apartment setup works really well – I mean, it’s got that residential feel where you can actually spread out and live a bit, not just crash between sightseeing marathons. The rooms are clean and comfortable, nothing fancy but everything you need is there. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to some places I’ve stayed closer to the cathedral area where you’ve got people wandering around until dawn. Los Remedios has this nice rhythm where things wind down at a reasonable hour, but there are still plenty of bars and little restaurants within walking distance if you want to grab dinner or a drink. There’s this great tapas place just a few blocks down – locals pack it on Thursday nights, which is always a good sign.

Parking was way easier than I expected, actually. You know how Seville can be a nightmare with narrow streets and nowhere to leave your car? Well, this area has proper parking options, and the staff pointed me toward a spot that didn’t cost a fortune. The 8.1 rating makes sense to me – it’s solidly good without trying to be something it’s not. Check-in was smooth, no drama, and they actually gave useful recommendations (not just the typical “visit the Alcázar” stuff everyone tells you). One small thing – the WiFi can be a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone’s streaming, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for apartment-style places. What really sold me on this spot was being able to walk to the weekly market on Saturday mornings and feeling like I was experiencing Seville the way people actually live here, not just the postcard version. If you’re the type who wants to duck out of the tourist bubble for a bit but still have easy access to all the main sights, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  Great location, Wonderful neighborhood. Lots of things to do and see in this area. Loved walking across the bridges to Seville. Triana Market was wonderful. Great stay all around. Wonderful sites to see. All within walking distance.
  
  What could be improved: Kitchen was hard to use, not much prepping area. We managed none the less. Bed was against the wall. Very difficult to get in and out on that side of the bed. Especially if you have knee issues. But again we managed.

  What could be improved: A little further away from the cathedral side of the town than was comfortable to walk for us in 39° conditions. I'm sure it's a good location in April for the fair though. The room overlooks the fair area.

  We like that we had everything what we needed for the weekend. The bed is confortable and the bathroom was clean and the water hot.

  Good location, a lot of restaurans/bars nearby. Great host – was very helpful and flexible in regards of check in and check out hours. Apartment has a very cozy balcony – great for morning coffee. Comfortable bed. Totally recommend.

  The location is great… close to cente and attractions. Communication with host was brilliant. Easy to access… even after a late flight. Cosy studio with cute balcony, great for short stay in Seville. Air con was very much welcome and bathroom was clean with decent shower.   Very well equipped flat. Not large but perfect size for two. Close to supermarket, lovely terrace. Very welcoming host Alvaro, very thorough explaining everything about property. Very comfortable bed, enough channels on tv. Friendly neighbours.
