Honestly, when I first saw the name “CN2 2bd 2Bth con Piscina y aparcamiento excelente ubicacion,” I thought – well, that’s not exactly catchy, is it? But you know what? Sometimes the best places have the worst names, and this apartment absolutely proves that point. Tucked away on Calle Conde de Ibarra in Seville’s old town, this place is basically everything you’d want in a Spanish getaway without any of the tourist trap nonsense.
The location is actually kind of perfect – you’re right in the heart of things but on a quieter street that doesn’t get the crazy foot traffic of some of the main drags. I mean, you can walk to the Cathedral in maybe ten minutes, and the Alcázar is practically around the corner, but you’re not dealing with tour groups marching past your window at 7 AM. The building itself has that classic Andalusian feel – thick walls that keep things cool even when it’s blazing outside, which trust me, matters more than you think in Seville summers. The apartment spans two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which is honestly a godsend when you’re traveling with friends or family because nobody has to fight over shower time after a long day of walking around those cobblestone streets.
But here’s the thing that really sets this place apart – they actually have parking included, and if you’ve ever tried to park in Seville’s old town, you’ll understand why that’s basically like winning the lottery. Most places either don’t have it at all or charge you an arm and a leg for some sketchy garage ten blocks away. The pool is another game-changer because after spending hours wandering through the Santa Cruz neighborhood or climbing up the Giralda tower, there’s nothing better than cooling off without having to share space with a bunch of strangers at some crowded hotel pool. It’s not huge, but it’s clean and private and gets good sun in the afternoons. The whole setup feels more like staying at a friend’s place than some sterile rental – there are thoughtful touches everywhere, from decent coffee in the kitchen to actually comfortable furniture (you’d be surprised how rare that is). The Wi-Fi works properly, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a freight train, and the beds are firm enough that you won’t wake up feeling like you slept on a marshmallow. With an 8.8 rating, it’s clearly not just me who thinks this place delivers – other travelers consistently mention how the host is responsive and helpful without being intrusive, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to figure out where to get the best tapas or which flamenco shows are worth your time versus total tourist traps.

The apartment is in the center of Seville, 11 mins from the Cathedral. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms. A garage is on the lower floor. It is nicely furnished.
