Look, I’ll be honest – when I first walked up to Conde 10 on that narrow cobblestone street, I almost missed it entirely. The building blends right into the old Seville architecture (which is actually perfect if you ask me), and there’s no flashy sign screaming for attention. But that’s kind of the point here. You’re staying in what feels like a restored historic building right in the heart of Barrio Santa Cruz, where tourists are wandering around with their maps out, but you get to slip inside somewhere that feels more… I don’t know, authentic?

The location is honestly ridiculous – and I mean that in the best way. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the Cathedral, which means you can hear the bells if your window’s open, but it’s not so close that you’re dealing with massive tour groups right outside your door. Calle Conde de Barajas is one of those streets where actual Sevillanos still live and work, so you’ll see people heading to the local bar downstairs for their morning coffee instead of just endless souvenir shops. The Real Alcázar is right there too, and here’s something most people don’t realize – if you walk out the hotel and take a left, then duck through that little passageway near the orange trees, you’ll hit a tiny square where locals actually hang out in the evenings. Way better than getting stuck in the main tourist flow.

What really got me about this place was the attention to detail without being precious about it. The rooms have this modern comfort thing down – good wifi, actually hot showers, air conditioning that works (crucial in Seville summers, trust me) – but they haven’t stripped away all the character. You’ll see original tile work and these gorgeous high ceilings that keep things cool even when it’s blazing outside. The staff really knows their stuff too; they’re not just reciting tourist brochures but actually giving you insider tips about which tapas bars the locals hit up and when to visit the major sites to avoid crowds. One guy at the front desk told me exactly when to walk over to the Cathedral for the best light for photos, and honestly, he was spot on. The whole experience feels more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed place than some generic hotel room – you know, if your friend happened to have incredible taste and lived in a 4-star spot in one of Europe’s most beautiful neighborhoods.

  What could be improved: I NEVER RECEIVED the INVOICE (RECEIPT) OF MY PAYMENT!!!! I ASKED BY EMAIL, BOOKING PLATFORM AND BY PHONE. I NEVER RECEIVED IT! THEY ARE DISHONEST ABOUT THIS. I PAY MY TAXES REGULARLY…..
  We were 3 in this apartment at the third floor WITHOUT elevator. Not only, the light in the hall did not work and we had to climb to the third floor in the dark. We were not informed about the works (breaking down walls) in the apartment at the first floor, with a lot of noise after 8.00 am and a lot of dirt in the hall making narrow stairs slippery. Beds were not comfortable. Three people have a real bed, the fourth person would have to sleep on a very uncomfortable coach. Windows isolate VERY badly street noise.

  What could be improved: Leider war die Reinigungskraft am Tag der Anreise bis 19:15 Uhr in der Wohnung. Zumindest war sie sehr freundlich und hat sehr gründlich gearbeitet.

  Прекрасные уютные аппартаменты в шаговой доступности от центра города и реки, автовокзала. Кухня достаточно оборудована, все необходимое есть. Хозяин доброжелателен, четко встретил нас к моменту приезда.
  
  What could be improved: В качестве пожелания – починить некоторые розетки, замки окон и балконных дверей. Но это мелочи.

  J’ai aimé la localisation à proximité de nombreuses commodités. J’ai également apprécié la propreté du logement.
  
  What could be improved: Les prises proches du lit qui ne fonctionnent pas et surtout le bruit qui empêche littéralement de dormir la nuit quand on est dans la chambre qui donne directement sur la rue. Il y a le bruit de la ville (voitures, camion poubelle), mais il y a aussi un restaurant qui peut expliquer cela. La nuit des gens passent dans la rue et parlent très fort entre eux sans se soucier de ceux qui dorment. Les bouchons d’oreille achetés en pharmacie ont aidé un peu mais pas encore assez.
