You’re literally in the heart of Seville‘s old town — I mean, you can’t get more central than this — but it’s tucked away on a quiet street that somehow escapes the chaos of the main tourist drags. The building itself has that authentic Sevillian character, and honestly, the third-floor location means you’ll get some decent views without the street noise that plagues so many places in this area.

Location & Neighborhood

This spot is absolutely unbeatable if you want to explore Seville on foot. The Cathedral is maybe a three-minute walk, the Alcázar is right there, and you’re close enough to the Santa Cruz neighborhood to wander those maze-like streets whenever you want. What I really love though is that you’re also near some fantastic local bars and restaurants that aren’t completely overrun with tour groups. The location score of 9.4 makes total sense — you can walk to everything that matters, but you’re not paying the premium you’d shell out for a place directly on the main squares.

The Space & Atmosphere

The apartment has this lived-in, authentic feel that you just don’t get in cookie-cutter hotels. It’s not trying to be something it’s not, which I actually appreciate. The rooms are comfortable without being fancy, and there’s enough space to spread out your stuff — something that’s surprisingly rare in Seville’s old town where every square meter costs a fortune. You know what really works here? The fact that it feels like staying in a real Sevillian building rather than some sanitized tourist accommodation.

Practical Considerations

Being on the third floor means stairs (this is old town Seville, so no elevator), but honestly, it’s worth it for the quieter setting and better light. The neighborhood can get lively in the evenings — this is Spain, after all — but the specific street stays relatively calm. I’d definitely recommend bringing comfortable walking shoes because you’ll want to explore everything within reach, and trust me, there’s a lot within reach from here. The area has plenty of small shops and cafés, so you won’t need to venture far for basics.

Couples seem to really connect with this place, and I can see why — there’s something romantic about staying in an authentic Sevillian building in the historic center without breaking the bank. The combination of that perfect location with a more intimate, residential feel creates exactly what you want for a romantic getaway. You’re close enough to duck into the Cathedral or Alcázar whenever you want, but you can also just wander back to your quiet street and feel like you’re living like a local for a few days. It’s that sweet spot between accessibility and authenticity that’s getting harder to find in Seville.

  What could be improved: I NEVER RECEIVED the INVOICE (RECEIPT) OF MY PAYMENT!!!! I ASKED BY EMAIL, BOOKING PLATFORM AND BY PHONE. I NEVER RECEIVED IT! THEY ARE DISHONEST ABOUT THIS. I PAY MY TAXES REGULARLY…..
  We were 3 in this apartment at the third floor WITHOUT elevator. Not only, the light in the hall did not work and we had to climb to the third floor in the dark. We were not informed about the works (breaking down walls) in the apartment at the first floor, with a lot of noise after 8.00 am and a lot of dirt in the hall making narrow stairs slippery. Beds were not comfortable. Three people have a real bed, the fourth person would have to sleep on a very uncomfortable coach. Windows isolate VERY badly street noise.

  Прекрасные уютные аппартаменты в шаговой доступности от центра города и реки, автовокзала. Кухня достаточно оборудована, все необходимое есть. Хозяин доброжелателен, четко встретил нас к моменту приезда.

  J’ai aimé la localisation à proximité de nombreuses commodités. J’ai également apprécié la propreté du logement.
  
  What could be improved: Les prises proches du lit qui ne fonctionnent pas et surtout le bruit qui empêche littéralement de dormir la nuit quand on est dans la chambre qui donne directement sur la rue. Il y a le bruit de la ville (voitures, camion poubelle), mais il y a aussi un restaurant qui peut expliquer cela. La nuit des gens passent dans la rue et parlent très fort entre eux sans se soucier de ceux qui dorment. Les bouchons d’oreille achetés en pharmacie ont aidé un peu mais pas encore assez.

  What could be improved: Leider war die Reinigungskraft am Tag der Anreise bis 19:15 Uhr in der Wohnung. Zumindest war sie sehr freundlich und hat sehr gründlich gearbeitet.
