Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about Conde Ibarra Deluxe? It’s tucked away on this narrow cobblestone street that feels like a secret – Calle Conde de Ibarra is one of those addresses that taxi drivers actually have to think about for a second. I mean, you’re right in the heart of Seville’s old town, but somehow it doesn’t feel touristy or overwhelming. The building itself has this gorgeous restored facade that honestly made me stop and take a photo before I even checked in.
The location is pretty brilliant, actually. You’re maybe a three-minute walk from the Cathedral (I timed it because I’m weird like that), but you’re not dealing with the crowds that stay right on the main squares. There’s this little tapas bar around the corner – Bar El Comercio – that locals actually go to, which tells you everything about the neighborhood. And here’s something nobody mentions in other reviews: the street is just wide enough that you don’t get the echo chamber effect you get in some of the really narrow alleys, so it’s surprisingly quiet at night. Well, except during Semana Santa, but honestly, nowhere in central Seville is quiet then.
Inside, they’ve done this renovation that manages to feel both historic and comfortable – the rooms have these beautiful high ceilings with original beams, but the beds are actually modern and supportive (thank god, because some boutique hotels get so caught up in authenticity that they forget people need to sleep). The bathrooms are compact but well-designed, with good water pressure, which… look, if you’ve stayed in old European buildings, you know that’s not always a given. My room faced the internal courtyard, which meant it was quiet but didn’t get a ton of natural light – something to consider if you’re planning to spend time in your room during the day. The WiFi was solid throughout the building, and the air conditioning worked well even during a particularly brutal July heat wave.
What really sold me on this place was the staff – they have that genuine warmth that you can’t fake, and they actually know the city. When I asked about flamenco shows, they didn’t just hand me a tourist brochure; they told me which nights different venues were worth visiting and which ones to skip. The front desk manager (I think her name was Carmen) drew me a little map showing how to cut through the Santa Cruz neighborhood to avoid the cruise ship crowds in the morning. Those kinds of details matter when you’re trying to experience a city rather than just check boxes.
The breakfast situation is decent – nothing fancy, but good coffee and fresh pastries, plus they’ll accommodate dietary restrictions if you ask ahead. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving after 2 PM because they seem to still be cleaning rooms if you show up earlier. Parking is… well, it’s central Seville, so forget about street parking. There’s a public garage about five minutes away that they can direct you to, but honestly, you’re better off just embracing the walking life while you’re here. The whole point of staying in this area is that everything worth seeing is within walking distance anyway.

Reviews
Grahame from United Kingdom – 7 April 2025 (9/10)
The apartment was very well located in the old town close to great bars and restaurants. The kitchen facilities were excellent and both bathrooms very clean. We were very impressed by the stylish decor.
Alex, who met us on arrival kept in close contact as our flight in to Seville was delayed.
What could be improved: Unfortunately we had no hot water on our first full day although someone arrived the next morning to sort it out.
We also had problems with both sets of keys and struggled to open the door from the street and the door to the apartment, I think that the keys were new and not cut properly.
I must stress that the team were very polite and attentive at all times and answered our queries very quickly.Amel from Romania – 31 January 2025 (10/10)
We enjoyed staying in this apartment. It is located right on the narrow streets of historical center of Sevilla. It is very good equipped with everything that you need.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living. Everything is clean and decorated with good taste. The heating system worked perfectly. Alex helped us with the check in and all went very smooth. We recommend this apartment for a group of 5-6 people for a comfortable stay.
What could be improved: There is nothing that we could complain about.Marion from Ireland – 22 December 2024 (10/10)
The property was excellent, exactly like the pictures and within easy walking distance to everything
What could be improved: It’s cleanliness and proximity to tourist attractions, restaurants and shoppingMichelle from Ireland – 1 August 2024 (10/10)
Beautiful apartment that is just as its pictured in the photos in the centre of the city. The staff were really helpful and friendly and made everything so easy. Would highly recommend staying here!
What could be improved: Only thing I would say is that it says that it has a balcony but there is no balcony. It wasn't an issue for us but maybe something to be aware of.Marcin from Poland – 26 May 2024 (10/10)
Great location when all the most interesting places we wanted to see are within 10-15 min. walk. Parking opportunity was a huge advantage. Apartment was spacious and pleasant for us. We also appreciated great service and quiet neighbourhood.

Everything is great, clean, modern, it offers everything you need for a great vacation, the staff tried their best to help out, we are very happy with the stay!
What could be improved: Nothing, we loved our stay!Alison from Australia – 8 January 2024 (10/10)
We loved the apartment! I honestly can't fault anything. Great location- you can walk everywhere, the apartment was spotlessly clean, the linen, beds and towels were like staying at a luxury hotel, the kitchen was well equipped and it was pretty quiet considering we stayed over a weekend.
The only thing I will comment on is the parking space and other people have mentioned this as well, it is tight! Andrea who met us at the apartment to check us in, was an amazing help with assisting us in the best way to navigate the parking. 100% recommend this place to stay
and would definitely come back, we loved Seville.Boyanka from Bulgaria – 11 December 2023 (10/10)
Beautiful apartment on walking distance of all attractions
What could be improved: Warm water is enough for 2 people to take quick shower. The others have to wait.Sunnypurple from South Korea – 7 December 2024 (9/10)
The location is good enough to walk to most tourist attractions. The facilities are also good for 4 people.
What could be improved: Hot water can be used after two people take a shower for a while. The pillow smells and needs to be washed.Victoria from United States – 4 October 2024 (4/10)
Location was not as expected. It was in an alley that our car could not fit and we had to walk luggage on cobble stone street. The walk is doable but our luggage wheels did not fair well.
What could be improved: The entire apartment is very cute but needs serious TLC.
