Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about this place on Ciriaco Esteban? The street itself is barely wide enough for two people to pass comfortably, but that’s exactly what makes it feel so authentically Sevillano. I mean, you’re literally steps from the Cathedral – and I’m talking about actual steps, maybe a two-minute walk – but tucked away on this quiet little side street that most tourists probably rush past without noticing.
The apartment itself is one of those gems that makes you feel like you’ve got some insider knowledge. It’s got that perfect balance of old Sevilla character (think traditional tiles and those gorgeous high ceilings that actually keep things cool) mixed with everything you actually need when you’re traveling. The owner clearly gets it – there’s proper coffee gear, the wifi doesn’t cut out every five minutes, and honestly, the bed is way more comfortable than it has any right to be for the price. What really sold me though was stepping out onto that little balcony in the morning with my coffee and hearing the city wake up below. You’ve got the sound of delivery trucks navigating those impossible narrow streets, early risers heading to the local bars for their café con leche, and if you listen carefully, you can actually hear the bells from the Giralda when the wind’s right.
Location-wise, this is where it gets really good. Sure, everyone talks about being in the Old Town, but this specific spot? You’re close enough to everything that matters – the Alcázar is maybe a seven-minute walk, the tapas scene around Alfalfa is right there – but far enough from the main tourist drags that you won’t be dealing with crowds of cruise ship groups at 7 AM. I actually found myself using it as a base camp, you know? Pop back for a siesta (which, let’s be honest, you’ll need in Sevilla), drop off shopping bags, or just escape when the afternoon heat gets brutal. The building itself is typical old Sevilla – a bit quirky, the stairs creak in that charming way, and you’ll probably have to duck under the doorframe if you’re tall. But that’s part of the charm, right? Plus, parking isn’t the nightmare you’d expect – the owner gave me solid advice about the public lot just a few streets over. One thing to know: this area comes alive at night, but not in an obnoxious way. More like the gentle hum of people living their lives, maybe some flamenco guitar drifting from a nearby courtyard. If you’re looking for sterile hotel quiet, this isn’t your spot. But if you want to feel like you’re actually staying in Sevilla rather than just visiting it, well – that 9.2 rating makes a lot more sense once you’re there.

Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja sijainti erinomainen. Lola oli erittäin ystävällinen ja lähetti ravintolasuositukset.
What could be improved: Sänky oli meidän makuun liian pehmeä.Jörg from Germany – 12 May 2024 (9/10)
What could be improved: Wie in spanischen Häusern leider üblich, ist die Wohnung ein wenig hellhörig.Sara from Italy – 9 November 2024 (9/10)
Lola, ottima persona. La posizione.
What could be improved: Appartamento rumoroso e il bagno è molto piccolo.Talikka from Finland – 31 October 2024 (9/10)
What could be improved: Suihkutila pienehkö.Dalila from Spain – 9 June 2024 (8/10)
What could be improved: Por decir algo, poner una botellita de agua no cuesta nada y queda muy bien
