Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and DreamsApt Curtidores 6 Suites really caught me off guard – in the best way possible. You know that spot right on Plaza de los Curtidores where all the antique dealers set up their stalls? Well, this place sits right there in the thick of it, which I thought might be chaotic, but honestly it just adds to the whole experience. The building itself has this gorgeous traditional Andalusian feel, and when you walk into the suites, there’s this perfect balance between old-world charm and actually functional modern stuff. I mean, the AC works properly (trust me, you’ll appreciate that in July), and the kitchenettes are surprisingly well-equipped – not just some sad mini-fridge situation.

What really gets me about this place is how it feels like you’re living in the neighborhood rather than just visiting it. In the mornings, you can hear the antique vendors setting up their tables below, and there’s something oddly soothing about those sounds drifting up through the windows. The El Arenal district is right there, which means you’re maybe a five-minute walk to the cathedral and the Alcázar, but you’re also close enough to the river that you can actually escape the tourist madness when you need to. Plus – and this is huge – parking isn’t a complete nightmare here like it is deeper in the old town. There’s actually a public garage nearby that locals use, which saves you from driving around in circles for an hour.

The suites themselves are spacious enough that you don’t feel like you’re living on top of each other, and the beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how many places get this wrong). I stayed during Semana Santa one year, and while the whole city was absolutely bonkers, the plaza itself felt like this little bubble of calm between all the processions. The staff knows the area inside and out too – they pointed me toward this tiny tapas place on Calle Adriano that I never would have found otherwise. Honestly, for a 4-star place with an 8 rating, it delivers exactly what you’d expect without any pretentious nonsense. It’s just a really solid base for exploring Seville, especially if you want to feel like you’re actually staying somewhere with character rather than some generic hotel chain that could be anywhere in the world.

  Very nice stay! Autonomous check in/out which was really practical. The flat was good. It wasn't that noisy. It was comfy and clean. And the location was perfect too for exploring the city (and even train station by walk)!

  We had a great stay at DreamsApt. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the city center and within walking distance of all the main attractions in Seville. The apartment was easy to access, and the communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Seville!
  
  What could be improved: We didn’t have high expectations and overall, the apartment fully met our needs. The only minor issue was with the internet speed, which was a bit slow – likely due to the ground floor location. However, we were able to resolve it by using our personal mobile internet, so it wasn’t a big problem.

  Great location, clean and comfy. However, stingy with towels, drains a bit smelly and kitchen equipment v limited (no mugs, plug, tea towels or chopping board).
  Also no internet as advertised! When we queried this, we were fobbed off with an excuse but it still wasn't working after 4 days.

  Very easy check-in, good location, quiet and comfortable. Everything listed was provided, and it was a nice touch that the host included a washing machine along with a washing capsule. The apartment is also very spacious.
  
  What could be improved: The dishes were dirty and very limited. If you plan to cook, you might struggle due to the small number of available dishes. Additionally, there seemed to be a limited supply of hot water.
