Look, I’ve stayed in my fair share of Seville apartments, and DreamsApt Plaza Nueva II actually gets it right in ways that matter. The location on Calle Madrid is honestly perfect – you’re literally a two-minute walk from Plaza Nueva (hence the name), which means you can stumble back from dinner without getting lost in those winding old town streets that all look the same after dark. I mean, the building itself is classic Andalusian, nothing fancy from the outside, but that’s sort of the point in this neighborhood where everything blends into that gorgeous historic fabric.

What really impressed me was how they’ve managed to modernize the interiors without killing the character. The apartments have these high ceilings that keep things cool even in July – and trust me, you’ll appreciate that when it’s 40 degrees outside and every tourist is wilting by noon. The kitchens are actually functional (not those joke setups you sometimes get), which is clutch because honestly, breakfast at 15 euros a pop gets old fast, and there’s this amazing little market on Calle Feria where you can grab jamón and manchego for like a quarter of what hotels charge. The beds are solid too – I’m picky about mattresses and actually slept well, which doesn’t always happen in vacation rentals.

Here’s what you need to know practically speaking: the check-in process is smooth, they’re responsive when you message them, and the wifi doesn’t cut out every five minutes like some places I could mention. Parking is… well, it’s the old town, so forget about street parking, but there’s a garage about three blocks away that won’t bankrupt you. The area gets lively at night – you’re close to some great tapas spots and that whole zone around Plaza del Salvador – but the windows are decent enough that you won’t be kept awake unless you’re an impossibly light sleeper. Actually, the street noise is more charming than annoying; you get that authentic Seville soundtrack of people chatting and maybe some guitar drifting up from the plaza. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you add it all up – it’s not luxury, but it’s exactly what you want for exploring Seville: comfortable, well-located, and run by people who actually care about your experience rather than just processing bookings.

  Spacious apartment in superb location with great facilities. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets all very close, and virtually all major sites within 10 minute walk. Excellent, regular and clear communication with host Emilio.
  
  What could be improved: Loved everything about the property. Could do with some baking/ pizza/ oven trays, but that is a very minor criticism.

  Location is excellent, short walk to everything we wanted to see. Ground floor apartment with underground parking, wasn't expecting to have a clothes dryer so that was a bonus. Plenty of space for 2 couples.
  
  What could be improved: Parking was explained very well, photos helpful, but still a challenge to get in and out of with our car due to tight turns. Once parked, it was fine. Be aware that google maps shows surrounding streets 1 way the wrong way, so use Waze or Apple maps to avoid frustration getting to apartment

  Great location near old town and Arenal eateries. On site parking was useful although there appears to be a public car park opposite. Would be great for two couples owing to upstairs and a downstairs and two bathrooms

  Property is centrally located and very convenient to walk to places. The apartment is very large and easily accommodate a large family of Six. The host Marta was outstanding and very helpful, she accommodated our request and was extremely pleasant to work with.

  What could be improved: The apartment was missing some basic things like cloths/sponge to wash dishes, paper towel, cooking oil, kettle, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent etc.
