Look, I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Seville, and this duplex on Calle Padre Jeronimo de Cordoba honestly surprised me in the best way. You know how sometimes you book a place online and cross your fingers it’s not a disaster? Well, this was the opposite of that. The building itself is this gorgeous traditional Sevillian structure—I mean, you’re literally in the heart of the old town, where the streets are so narrow you can practically touch both sides if you stretch your arms out.

What really got me was walking up to the second floor and realizing just how much space you actually get here. Five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and then—this is the kicker—you step out onto that terrace and suddenly you’re looking out over these incredible rooftops and church spires that make you feel like you’re in some kind of movie. The terrace isn’t huge, but it’s perfectly sized for morning coffee or evening wine, and honestly, after spending days wandering around the cobblestone streets, having that outdoor space to decompress was everything. The setup inside is really thoughtful too—the bedrooms are spread out enough that you’re not stepping on each other, which is rare in these old buildings where they’ve carved up the space.

Here’s what I wish someone had told me before I booked: parking is basically nonexistent on this street (like most of the old town), but there’s a public garage about a five-minute walk away that’s totally manageable. The location though—I can’t stress this enough—puts you right in the thick of everything without the tourist chaos you get closer to the cathedral. You’re a genuine two-minute walk from Plaza de la Encarnación, where that massive wooden structure thing is (the Metropol Parasol, if you want to get technical), and all those little tapas bars that locals actually go to are right around the corner. I found this incredible tiny bar called El Rinconcillo just by wandering down the street one evening—apparently it’s been there since 1670, which is just wild to think about. The noise level was perfectly fine, by the way. You get some street sounds during the day, but it’s that pleasant hum of people living their lives, not party noise or traffic. Nights were surprisingly quiet for being so central. The whole experience felt less like staying in a rental and more like temporarily living in this beautiful, historic neighborhood where every building has stories to tell and every corner reveals something new.

  What could be improved: Only 3 sets of keys provided
  5th bedroom was a houskeepers unit, accessed through one of the other bedrooms – so very good for some groups and not much good for others, this was really not clear on the website but we ended up only needing 4 rooms so we got away with it
  The apartment was much grander than the fittings and fixtures

  Location is superb, a short walk to everywhere downtown Seville. Very large duplex and very well appointed. More than enough room for our party of 8. Would very happily return. Management gave us a second set of keys which was very helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Air conditioning was a bit temperamental and tripped the fuse if too many lights were on at the same time. Air conditioning in one room made more noise than it should. Not enough to deter me from returning though.

  Not a big deal, but the person got the wrong keys, but was able to get the correct keys in 20 minutes.

  In una zona tranquilla con un ottimo ristorante di fronte e il supermercato proprio accanto. Appartamento spazioso e pulito, ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort, ci hanno fatto trovare anche 12 capsule per la macchina Nespresso. Molto bello il terrazzo da cui si gode un bellissimo tramonto. Letti comodi, bagni spaziosi.

  Todo en general estuvo a nuestra satisfacción. La vivienda es amplia y nos sentimos muy cómodos tanto en las habitaciones como en los elementos comunes.

  Якщо ви справді хочете поринути в атмосферу міста, вам – саме сюди! Двоповерхові апартаменти з двома терасами та ще й виходом на дах. Надзвичайно красивий краєвид звідти. Апартаменти прибрані, охайні, доглянуті. Є все необхідне. Холодильник, мікрохвильова піч, духовка, варочна поверхня, величезний холодильник й морозилка.
  Все дуже чисте (а я до цього дуже прискіпливий клієнт). Персонал дуже уважний, доброзичливий. Маркет – поруч з дверима. Все, що ми хотіли отримати, переглянути – все в пішій доступності. Навіть, процесії підчас Страстного тижня можна дивитися з тераси.
  Достатня кількість ключів вже на місці.
  Єдине що захотілося,- повернутися знову.
