  Situación céntrica, cercana a los puntos turísticos importantes para poder ir andando a todos ellos. Aptmento muy bien decorado y con toda clase de utillaje. La persona que nos hizo el checkin, amable y dándonos toda la información necesaria.

A favor, en cuanto la persona que. nos hizo la recepción, hizo el registro para la policía, lo borró de la Red y nos lo confirmó

  Great location, host met us at the property to hand us the keys, very friendly he took his time to show us around. Apartment location is perfect, only 5 mins walk from the cathedral.

  La literie est très confortable, le logement est joli, spacieux et propre.
  Logement à 5 min de la cathédrale et de l'alcazar mais plutôt calme pour le centre (séjour en novembre).
  Bien équipé.
  Personnel hyper disponible pour nous aider à débloquer la machine à laver.
  
  What could be improved: Impossible de joindre l'équipe à l'arrivée mais la personne nous a attendus malgré le léger retard.

  Even better than advertised. Very big, very comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen ( although dish washer programmer seemed to be stuck.)
  
  What could be improved: Communication with managers initially. Although phone calls were answered cordially messages did not appear to be passed on. Nor were emails answered until too late. At start of stay keys failed to arrive at agreed time even though the publicity stated how important guest punctuality was for effective operation of the business.

  A szállás nagyon szép, tiszta és a legtöbb nevezetességhez nagyon közel van.
  
  What could be improved: Megérkezés után a szallásadóval nem lehetett kommunikálni. Az üzeneteinkre nem válaszolt, a megadott szám nem csörgött ki. Egy órát vártunk rá az utcán bőröndökkel együtt. Nem is válaszolt nekünk, hogy mikorra várhatjuk "majd megírja, amikor már tudja". Két napot voltunk de ez alatt sem válaszolt kérdésünkre, csak előre ütemezett sablon üzenetet kaptunk a kijelentkezéshez szükséges információkról.
