You’re smack in the Old Town, which means the Cathedral is practically on your doorstep, and the Alcázar is just a few minutes’ walk away. What I love about this spot is that you can stumble back from dinner in Santa Cruz without needing a taxi, and those morning coffee runs to the local bars — you know, the ones where locals actually go — are right around the corner. The property scored 9.9 for location, and honestly, after walking these streets myself, I get why that number is so high.

The Neighborhood Experience

Being in the real heart of Seville means you’re surrounded by the kind of narrow, winding streets that make this city so magical. There’s a tapas bar practically every few steps, and you’ll find yourself discovering little plazas that aren’t in any guidebook.   Excellent host & location. 5 minute walk to St. Peter church and Setas square. Walking distance to the Cathedral & the best Galician restaurant, next to Aldi & Decathon, so close to the apartment.

  Good for 2-3 people. Overall economical and very central to the hype areas. Triana and Santacruz are about 20-30mins walk away. Lots of restos and bars around the place. Host was super responsive and friendly😀
  
  What could be improved: Room cleaning came at an extra cost and so did the replacement of towels which was unexpected considering stay was for over 2 nights. Kitchen area did have some smelling issue which we tried to figure but couldn’t understand. Most importantly there was no central heating in the apartment and just one portable small heater offered which meant that the washroom and living room would be perennially cold. So be careful while travelling in colder months.

  The apartment was very nice and had all we needed, in a convenient area, close to everything! Supermarket, bakery, taxi area, restaurants and cafes in a breath distance! Hillario, the owner, a very kind person, met us and explained everything about worth visiting areas and at last day. He was so kind, allowing us to keep the keys of the apartment after check out time, till late night because our flight was departing at 12 midnight. We would gladly stay at the apartment again in case of visiting Seville in the future.

  A clean yet a little dated looking (or maybe charming? 🙂 apartment with a great location. The host, Hilario, was very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable enough. Bonus points for the extremely fast wifi!
  
  What could be improved: Nothing major. The kitchen lamp didn't work. The soundproofing of the windows was not great. No elevator in the building, but my bag wasn't too heavy.
