The name is completely honest – it really is in the heart of flamenco territory, and yeah, that parking situation is actually a godsend in Seville’s old town. I mean, trying to navigate those narrow cobblestone streets with a rental car is basically a nightmare, so having a guaranteed spot included was honestly worth half the booking fee right there.

The location on Enladrillada street puts you right in the thick of things without being on one of those tourist-trampled main drags. It’s this lovely narrow street where you’ll hear actual conversations in Spanish echoing off the buildings in the evening, not just camera clicks and tour guides with their little flags. The building itself has that classic Andalusian charm – you know, the kind with thick walls that actually keep things cool during those brutal summer afternoons when it’s pushing 40 degrees outside. I stayed there in late spring, and honestly, the temperature inside was perfect without even touching the AC most days.

What really gets me about this place is how it manages to feel authentically local while still hitting all the comfort marks you want as a traveler. The rooms have this lived-in quality – not shabby, just real, if that makes sense. Like someone’s well-maintained family home rather than a sterile hotel box. The flamenco connection isn’t just marketing speak either; you’re literally a five-minute walk from some of the best tablaos in the city, and I swear you can sometimes hear guitar practice drifting from neighboring buildings in the late afternoon. There’s something magical about that – having your siesta interrupted by someone working through their scales a few doors down.

The 8.4 rating makes total sense to me because it’s one of those places that does the important stuff really well without trying to be fancy about it. The shower pressure is solid (crucial after walking 15,000 steps on cobblestones all day), the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, and the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. The owner clearly knows the neighborhood inside and out – I got better restaurant recommendations from them than from any guidebook. They steered me toward this tiny tapas place around the corner that I never would have found otherwise, where the jamón ibérico was absolutely incredible and cost half what I’d been paying near the cathedral.

One thing to keep in mind: this is old town Seville, so if you’re expecting modern hotel silence, well, adjust those expectations. The streets come alive at night, and sound carries between these old buildings. But honestly? That’s part of the charm. Falling asleep to the distant sound of conversation and the occasional clatter of heels on stone feels way more authentic than some sanitized hotel experience. Plus, if you’re here for the flamenco scene anyway, you’ll probably be out until late yourself. It’s that kind of neighborhood – the kind where midnight feels like the evening is just getting started.

  Bathroom and kitchen updated and well designed. Overall layout and size of apartment was good. Great heater, water temperature and pressure. Amazing host- Sergio was so kind!
  
  What could be improved: Couches were covered with old fabric. Many of the walls were scuffed and dirty. Refrigerator was not clean. The A/C unit in small bedroom was not well sealed and allowed a lot of outside noise in. Quality of linens were poor. We had expected much more based on the reviews. The $45 cleaning fee didn’t seem fair based on cleanliness of unit when we arrived.

  Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Sevilla. Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Kontakt mit Vermieter war unkompliziert. Der Parkplatz in der Garage ist recht eng, nur für kleine Fahrzeuge geeignet.

  Appt placé à 25mn à pied de la Cathédrale, de l'Alcazar. La place de parking dans l'immeuble.

  Schönes, modernes Apartment, mit bequemen Betten. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend. Ein Reinigungsproblem wurde so schnell wie möglich behoben. Sehr guter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut funktioniert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der direkten Umgebung. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum erreicht man in 20-30 min zu Fuß. Bushaltestelle ist in 5 min Entfernung.
