  Appartement très bien placé, très propre et très bien entretenu avec tout ce qu'il faut (la cuisine est particulièrement bien équipée). Pour quatre personnes, c'est parfait, au-delà peut-être un peu juste.
  En hivers, il y fait un peu frais mais des radiateurs d'appoint sont prévus en plus de la climatisation réversible.
  La rue est plutôt calme et l'appartement est lumineux. Il n'y a pas de mauvaises odeurs comme souvent dans les appartements à Séville.
  L'hôte, Javier, vous accueille avec bienveillance jusqu'à même vous attendre dans la rue à l'arrivée du taxi. Sa communication en amont est efficace et il prend du temps ensuite pour vous donner de bons conseils afin que votre séjour soit réussi. Il y a même de petites attentions pour vous dans l'appartement (chocolats, vin).
  Enfin, le prix est absolument raisonnable.
  Bref, un sans faute !

  We were met by javier the owner, he took us on a tour of the apartment and showed us everything, he then sat us down and gave us a 15 minute talk on the local amenities and things to do, javier had created a map and a list of restaurants, supermarkets etc. a very sociable and friendly host who really wants his guests to enjoy all that Seville has to offer.
