You know what struck me first about Estudio céntrico? It’s tucked away on Calle Gallos in a way that feels almost secretive – like you’ve stumbled onto something the tourist crowds haven’t discovered yet. I mean, you’re literally in the heart of Seville’s old town, but this little street has this quiet, residential vibe that makes you feel like you’re staying in an actual neighborhood rather than some tourist trap.

The space itself is honestly perfect for what it is – a well-thought-out studio that maximizes every square meter without feeling cramped. Whoever designed this place actually gets how people travel these days. There’s proper counter space for your morning coffee (and trust me, you’ll want to grab some beans from the little shop around the corner), decent lighting for those inevitable “getting ready to explore” moments, and – this might sound small but it matters – enough outlets in the right places. The whole setup feels like someone who actually travels designed it, not some corporate committee. Plus, the 9.6 rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense; you can tell within five minutes of being there why people love this place.

But here’s the real magic of staying here: step outside and you’re within easy walking distance of basically everything that makes Seville incredible, but you’re not dealing with the constant stream of tour groups that plague some of the more obvious locations. The Cathedral and Alcázar are close enough that you can easily pop back to drop off shopping bags or escape the afternoon heat – which, honestly, you’ll want to do if you’re visiting in summer. I actually ended up using the place as a perfect home base for that classic Seville rhythm of morning exploration, afternoon siesta, then evening tapas wandering. The narrow streets around Calle Gallos come alive at night with locals heading out for dinner, so you get this authentic neighborhood energy without sacrificing convenience. Parking can be a bit of a puzzle in this area if you’re driving (most of the streets are pedestrian-only), but really, once you’re here you won’t need a car anyway. Everything’s walkable, and when your feet get tired, there’s something really satisfying about knowing you have this perfectly comfortable, well-designed space waiting for you just a few minutes away from wherever you end up exploring.

  Great layout, comfortable bed, great nightshades that block all light at night. Water pressure, appliances, elevator. The apartment looks exactly as in the photos.
  
  What could be improved: The apartment faces onto a small courtyard where every single sound is amplified a lot, the acoustics are incredible, and during the day it is noisy. If you arrive during the day after a long trip and want to rest, you won’t be able to due to the noise the neighbors make. It is quiet at night though, so if you only plan to be there at night, you’re fine. There’s hardly any traffic noise though.

  What could be improved: The shower head was broken a week before I arrived. I should have been informed ahead of time instead of the surprise when arriving.

  The house is very comfortable, well decorated and with all needed amenities for the guest(impressed with book collection, first aid kit, umbrellas+hand fans). Very cute yard in the building and overall quiet neighborhood, with close proximity of tapas bar, breakfast places etc. Bus stops are 5min walk.
  
  What could be improved: I think that air condition needs to be installed. Host provided table fan but when you visit the city in September, room gets very hot and personally we could not sleep well.

  The apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and spacious. While I didn't use the kitchen to cook any meals there was coffee and tea which I made use of. I enjoyed the restaurant recommendations provided the host. Bonus: a neighbour practices piano at night beautifully.
  
  What could be improved: Walls are a little bit thin. Upstairs neighbour stomps with their heel when they walk which then shakes the apartment a little bit. Wear unplugs if you like to sleep in. I wasn't able to do laundry as originally intended because there wasn't detergent available.

  Comfortable apartment, in a quiet neighborhood, about 20 minutes' walk from the main attractions. We had excellent communication with the owner. I recommend the apartment.

  El propietario es muy considerado. Ha preparado paraguas, botiquines de primeros auxilios e incluso bolsas de agujas e hilos para los huéspedes. Ayudará con cualquier problema a la primera vez, dando a la gente una sensación de hogar. Muy recomendable.

  mi è piaciuto tutto. proprietario sempre disponibile e veloce. appartamento ideale per 2 persone. posizione ottima a 1 km dalla stazione dei treni e a due passi da tutte le attrazioni del centro storico. tanti bus passavano nelle vicinanze. vari supermercati bar e posti per mangiare. la cucina era ben fornita. era presente uno scaldino che noi usavamo per il bagno e per asciugare i panni velocemente. cucinino a induzione con due "fuochi" giusto per due. microonde. macchina del caffè sia americano che italiana, bollitore dell'acqua calda. la cucina veramente ottimamente fornita di tutto e se serve la proprietaria cerca subito di risolvere i problemi. bagno perfetto anche con bidet per gli italiani. acqua calda ottima e doccia comoda. c'era l'aria condizionata ma non la abbiamo utilizzata. frigorifero grande e super comodo anche per congelare. cuscini e letto comodissimi molto simili al nostro letto. la casa affacciava su una chiostrina interna quindi era silenziosissima. 10 e lode. siamo stati fortunati che la casa non era subito prenotata lo stesso giorno e ci hanno concesso un late check out, veramente molto apprezzato. grazie tante.
  
  What could be improved: solo per migliorare ma non è stato un difetto. asciugamani della doccia forse un pò piccoli. la tv era montata verso il saloncino e non si vedeva dal letto. le sedie un pò semplici, da migliorare.
