Honestly, when I first heard “Estudio en Resitur,” I thought it sounded a bit corporate, but this little place on Calle Salado completely surprised me. You know what’s great about staying in Triana? You’re actually living like a sevillano instead of being stuck in some touristy bubble across the river. This studio apartment sits right in the heart of the neighborhood where you’ll hear real conversations drifting from the bars below and catch the scent of olive oil and garlic from someone’s kitchen window around dinnertime.

The space itself is pretty smart – I mean, it’s a studio so don’t expect a palace, but whoever designed it actually thought about how people live. The bed’s comfortable (honestly, I’ve stayed in five-star places with worse mattresses), and there’s this tiny kitchenette that’s got everything you need if you want to grab some jamón and cheese from the market on Calle Betis. What I really appreciated was how quiet it gets at night, even though you’re on a street with actual life happening. The building’s got those thick Spanish walls that seem to just swallow sound. Check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – none of that awkward fumbling around looking for key lockboxes that half these apartment rentals seem to love.

Here’s the thing about the location that booking sites won’t tell you: you’re about a three-minute walk to the Puente de Isabel II, which means you can stumble home after tapas in Santa Cruz without dealing with taxis or night buses. But more importantly, you’re in walking distance of some genuinely great neighborhood spots that most tourists never find. There’s this ceramic workshop on Calle Alfarería where you can watch people actually making the azulejo tiles, and honestly, it’s more interesting than half the official attractions. The morning produce market buzz starts around 9 AM, which is either charming or annoying depending on how late you stayed out – but that’s Sevilla for you. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to feel less like a tourist and more like someone who just happens to be borrowing a friend’s place in one of the city’s most authentic neighborhoods. Sure, it’s not luxury, but it’s got character and that practical comfort that makes you want to linger over morning coffee instead of rushing out to tick off sightseeing boxes.

  The location of the apartment is perfect, in the heart of Triana, but also very close (walking distance) to other sites. FYI- the airport bus stop is 10 minutes by walk. There is a big supermarket in the bottom of the building which is very handy as it has long opening hours. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator and full of light and although small it has everything we needed and enough space to store our clothes. Loved the Murphy bed and the foldable table. Overall good value for money, clean, helpful owner (through messages), we would recommend to stay.

  The host was really helpfull and nice. The apartment had everything you needed even with the size of the apartment was a bit small, it was filled with your everyday needs. The facilty was really good and the area was filled with all kind of resturants and stores.

  とても清潔です、そして必要な物は全て揃っていました。
  アイロン、洗濯機、小さいながらもキッチン設備も整えられており、また収納スペースが沢山あったのも快適でした。
  アパートの隣が大型スーパーなのも便利です。歴史的中心街までは徒歩圏内、アパートから1分の場所にバス停もあるので駅などへの移動も便利です。
  
  What could be improved: 1, Wifi 環境がとにかく悪いです(繋がらないと言っても過言ではない)。
  2, 突然ブレーカーが落ちる。
  この2点はオーナーさんへお話ししたところ、今後改善するとおっしゃっていました。

  El alojamiento está en el barrio de Triana, muy céntrico y bien situado, tiene un super justo abajo y muchas cafeterias y restaurantes al lado. Tiene el equipamiento necesario para pasar tu estancia (toallas, secador, utensilios de cocina y baño), y pese a lo pequeño que es, yo lo encontré muy cómodo.
  
  What could be improved: Los deságües van lentos, y se nos fue la luz en una ocasión, que se resolvió en seguida hablando con el propietario.
