  とても清潔です、そして必要な物は全て揃っていました。
  アイロン、洗濯機、小さいながらもキッチン設備も整えられており、また収納スペースが沢山あったのも快適でした。
  アパートの隣が大型スーパーなのも便利です。歴史的中心街までは徒歩圏内、アパートから1分の場所にバス停もあるので駅などへの移動も便利です。
  
  What could be improved: 1, Wifi 環境がとにかく悪いです(繋がらないと言っても過言ではない)。
  2, 突然ブレーカーが落ちる。
  この2点はオーナーさんへお話ししたところ、今後改善するとおっしゃっていました。

  El alojamiento está en el barrio de Triana, muy céntrico y bien situado, tiene un super justo abajo y muchas cafeterias y restaurantes al lado. Tiene el equipamiento necesario para pasar tu estancia (toallas, secador, utensilios de cocina y baño), y pese a lo pequeño que es, yo lo encontré muy cómodo.

  The host was really helpfull and nice. The apartment had everything you needed even with the size of the apartment was a bit small, it was filled with your everyday needs. The facilty was really good and the area was filled with all kind of resturants and stores.

  The location of the apartment is perfect, in the heart of Triana, but also very close (walking distance) to other sites. FYI- the airport bus stop is 10 minutes by walk. There is a big supermarket in the bottom of the building which is very handy as it has long opening hours. The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator and full of light and although small it has everything we needed and enough space to store our clothes. Loved the Murphy bed and the foldable table. Overall good value for money, clean, helpful owner (through messages), we would recommend to stay.
