Look, I’ve stayed in plenty of places in Sevilla’s old quarter, and most of them are either tourist traps or charming but falling apart. Estudio Levíes Lux 1 TGT is honestly neither – it’s this surprisingly polished little gem tucked right into Calle Levíes, which if you know the area, puts you basically in the heart of the Jewish quarter without being on one of those crazy busy streets where tour groups march past at 7 AM.

The thing that got me right away was how they’ve managed to keep that authentic Sevillian feel – you know, the thick walls that keep things cool, the traditional tiles – but actually made everything work properly. I mean, the shower has decent pressure (miracle in the old town), the AC doesn’t sound like a freight train, and there’s proper lighting for reading, which sounds basic but you’d be amazed how many historic places get this wrong. The studio setup is smart too – not huge, but laid out so it doesn’t feel cramped, and honestly the bed was way more comfortable than I expected. What really sold me though was stepping out the front door and realizing I could walk to the Cathedral in maybe eight minutes, hit the tapas spots on Mateos Gago in five, but still duck back to this quiet little street when I needed to escape the crowds.

The location is just… well, it’s perfect if you want to actually experience Sevilla rather than just see it. You’re close enough to everything that matters – the Alcázar, Plaza de España, all those tiny bars where locals actually drink – but Calle Levíes itself stays relatively peaceful. I could hear a bit of street life in the evenings (it’s Spain, after all), but nothing that kept me awake, and honestly the sounds of people chatting and walking on cobblestones kind of added to the whole experience. The host was straightforward about check-in, no drama, and clearly knows the neighborhood well enough to give decent recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. I actually ended up at this little taberna he mentioned that I never would’ve found otherwise. For what you’re paying – and given that 9 rating from other travelers – it’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you got lucky, like you found something the package tour crowds haven’t completely discovered yet.

  Everything about this apartment was perfect. The bed was extra comfortable, the air conditioner was amazing, the host was extremely helpful and attentive and the location was great. Will come back in an instant.
  
  What could be improved: I would have liked bigger mugs but that is a personal preference. It would have also been helpful to have coasters to put our drinks on as we did not want to damage the furniture. Again a personal preference.

  The apartment was absolutely beautiful, they were very helpful at check in and leave my bags. The location was perfect and it had amazing restaurants and everything was walking distance to every touristic place.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I needed was more blankets because i get cold very easily and second I was with my mom and she slept in the sofa and I slept on the bed , she had to sleep without a blanket because the host said that if I had not requested the sofa bed that I couldnt use it . I didnt think it made sense because what if the people renting arent a couple and they dont want to sleep on the same bed . Or even if I was alone on the apartment I think it would have been great to have more blankets because it was very cold.

  We really enjoyed our time in Seville – the studio was a perfect sized space for two people, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing – bars and restaurants around the corner and lots to see within 10-15 minutes walk. We would definitely recommend and stay again!

  Le logement est bien situé, proche de toutes les sites d'intérêts. Pour un couple, il est très bien. Sur place on trouve : gel-douche, shampoing et sèche cheveux. Une machine à café Nespresso est disponible. On aurait l'utilité de quelques cintres dans l'armoire. Le restaurant qui jouxte le logement peut être bruyant (pour ceux qui ont le sommeil léger). On recommande !

  El piso está completamente nuevo, muy moderno y funcional. A unos diez minutos andando d la catedral. La atención ha sido fantástica, nos han recibido puntualmente y pendientes d nuestra llegada en todo momento.

  Apartament per dues persones en zona cèntrica, modern i net. Molt complet, fins i tot amb una rentadora.
