The Alameda has this great mix of morning coffee spots and evening tapas bars, plus it’s where Sevillanos actually hang out, especially on weekends when the whole strip comes alive.

The studio itself has that authentic Andalusian charm – you know, the kind where you walk through a traditional doorway and suddenly you’re in this peaceful courtyard space that feels completely removed from the narrow streets outside. What struck me most was how quiet it actually gets at night, which is pretty remarkable considering you’re in the thick of things. The name mentions “tranquilidad” and they’re not overselling it – somehow the old stone walls just absorb all that street noise. I mean, you’ll still hear the occasional late-night reveler (it’s Seville, after all), but nothing that’ll keep you up. The space feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together, with those little touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience.

The studio’s location also means you’re perfectly positioned for exploring the Macarena neighborhood, which honestly doesn’t get enough attention from visitors but has some of the best authentic tapas spots in the city. Parking can be tricky (well, it’s the old town, so that’s expected), but there are a couple of public lots within walking distance if you’re driving.   Vše bylo v pořádku. Předání klíčů podle podrobných pokynů bez problému. Byt je v prvním patře, okno i vchod situované do atria. Dům je v tiché boční ulici, nedaleko od rušného centra města. Kuchyňský kout je vybavený pro přípravu snídaně nebo jednoduché večeře. Byt je čistý, pohodlná postel, měkká matrace, koupelna s fénem. Byt není velký, ale pro dvě osoby dostačující.

  L'appartement est très bien situé, tout près du centre touristique et de la place de l'Almeida de Hercules, très vivante. La gare est un peu loin mais il y a un bus à proximité. L'appartement est équipé d'un lave-linge appréciable quand on reste plusieurs jours. La salle de bains est pratique.
  
  What could be improved: Les fenêtres et la porte du studio donnent directement sur le patio de l'immeuble (très beau d'ailleurs), ce qui peut se révéler bruyant. Il n'y a qu'une table basse et des fauteuils, pas très pratique pour manger. Il manque aussi un étendoir pour le linge.
